Wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, especially at this time of the year when everything feels very peaceful. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s premises: the spa is fantastic, beautifully designed, and opens directly into a private beach, which made the stay even more special. A major highlight was the staff. From the reception team to the bellboy, from the breakfast staff to the cleaning ladies, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and genuinely attentive. Their warmth and efficiency truly elevate the hotel experience. As this wasn’t my first stay, they even surprised me with some thoughtful treats, which I appreciated greatly.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service

I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels, but the service, comfort, and cleanliness here were truly exceptional. We were celebrating our honeymoon and my birthday, and the staff gave thoughtful attention to our special occasions, making our stay unforgettable. The room was spotless, the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the Lomi Lomi massage recommended by the spa receptionist was one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

A pigeon visited our balcony and left a small mess, which of course was beyond the hotel’s control.

Stunning views, friendly and professional service! it was my third stay at this hotel and I will keep returning! Breakfast was good. Spa facilities and hammam - fantastic!

Restaurant downstairs is highly overpriced and the food quality was not that great - tiny portions, too much salt.

Breakfasts were superb. A great choice all cooked well and presented carefully. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable.Parking is good. There are views of the bay from many rooms. We had a good view of the mountain and water. The shower was good too.

The piano bar area was small for such a large hotel and had no piano. Some evening entertainment would have been nice. The location is a little way from Kotor but we expected that. The road to it can get congested and a small car is needed for the road. The beach area is nice but shaded in the afternoon in October, however the views are good from the beach bar and beach.

Batuhan and Sena, in particular, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were even more pleased with our stay thanks to the communication we received from them. Perfect beach, indoor / outdoor pools and super gym. Easy to reach the beach through the mini tunnel inside the hotel. Close shop for buying almost anything.

For groups - great, for individual guests - AVOID IT!

This hotel lives from the tourists groups. If you are an individual you are not allowed to enter the dinner venue! Even if you paid for the half-board, you are not allowed to have a dinner, if you are not part of the organized group. You will be treated like 2nd grade guest. Unless you are part of the organized group - AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Amazing

We had a lovely time here, very nice sea and Mountain View. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, had lots of varieties and it was delicious. The lighthouse restaurant served really good food we went back twice for dinner. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The resort is huge and I could take evening strolls around in front of the beach and enjoy the view. They have a number of pools and well serviced gym, spa and sauna. The location of the resort is between busy kotor and Tivat, there’s a store beside to get basic stuff, bus stop right in front of the entrance and easy to get taxi booked by the receptionist. Overall I can’t complain it was worth the money.

Beyond expected

The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.
