The location more than Made up for the tiredness of the hotel decor.

The views were fantastic

The room was a bit run down-the architrave around the bathroom door fell off when I closed it. Also didn’t like being back up the hill by myself as had to walk up there in dark in my own and it was a little scary.

Building B - Horror (negative energy)

Location

There is a second building behind the main one , Where our suite was booked , It is a haunted place and we as a couple could sense the energy there is not good , There is very bad energy in the second building and only after I did certain spiritual process, we were able to stay there. Please don’t stay in second building. Also the shower facilities are very bad as there is no space to put anything like shampoo / Bodywash , Also the building is quite old.

No Vegetarian option in Breakfast other than bread and Granola. Being vegetarian we struggled with breakfast. I think adding few more options of Cereal will help at least. I am taking one star off because of breakfast options

Very relaxing stay

Family room was clean, spacious and in a quiet location with a good view of Kotor Bay. Breakfast was good. Staff were very kind and helpful. The ladies at the reception always smile and were very accommodating, answers our questions and povide assistance for airport transfers and booking for boat tour.

Overall, we had a good time, but I dare say that the accommodation is not four-star quality.

The hotel is located on a very quiet bay, and the room had a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there were books and games at the reception desk, which came in handy on rainy afternoons. The receptionist on duty when we arrived and when we left was very nice and helpful (e.g., she helped us with our suitcases).

Breakfast was rather monotonous and we had to ask them to provide separate serving spoons for the cold dishes so that we didn't have to use the same spoon for the cold cuts, olives, and cheese.The room was not adequately equipped. For example, there was only a small trash can in the bathroom, but none in the room. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put things from the toiletries bag, not even a small shelf or rack.

Lovely staff, very clean with a nice restaurant for easy lunches or dinners at the hotel. I would stay here again. Amazing communication from desk in person and via booking.com Lovely views Swimming pool, gym and sea swimming available. Very good air conditioning with a lovely balcony room

Transport warning It can’t be changed but it’s worth noting this hotel does not have lifts so you need to be able to walk up stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. Again not in the hotels control but Prcanj is 10 minute drive away from Kotor there is a bus but it doesn’t always arrive so I would recommend a car. Taxis don’t always run to Kotor either so I would not stay here if you are not prepared to wait an hour for a bus or hiring a car. We were happy waiting for the bus or taking our chance on availability for taxis (no pre bookings taken) We wanted to stay away from town so this was perfect for us. Hotel could do with setting up their own shuttle service to help with this issue. Bathrooms Each room offers different bathroom facilities I suggest messaging the hotel after booking to ask for the showers that have glass doors or a bath as the wet room style showers can flood easily. Pillows Very soft maybe bring your own if this matters to you.

Cheap stay in a good location with caveats.

The location, across from the Bay and along the strip of homes dotting the coastal road, is a great location for people who want to stay outside of Kotor, and use it as a base to explore Montenegro. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit consistently provided a comfortable temperature. Views of the Bay were excellent.

The pool was disgusting. Water was green and so dirty you could not even see the bottom. Clearly, the filter was not working, but the front desk attendant gave us towels for the pool. In general, the whole facility is in need of updating. Some paint, trimming of overgrown bushes and modernization of the bathrooms are overdue. The showers are tiny, and there was a broken shower curtain in our room - despite asking the front desk to fix it on the day we arrived (stayed 3 days and it was never fixed). Breakfast was inedible, but the restaurant at dinner looked decent.

Not a 4 star hotel!

The location is very good. In front of the sea. The pool is a nice extra. The room was big and had a balcony, unfortunately ours was to the back, not to the beautiful view in front. The bed was also big. The personnel was kind and sympathetic, what compensate for the problems. Last night the restaurant of the hotel had a live concert which was very pleasant, with the nice view.

This is never a 4 star hotel. Many things in poor condition, lacking some basic structures that are offered even in B&B or hostels. The floor of the room was dirty. The toilet seat doesn’t stay up, you have to hold it to use. There is nothing to hold toiletries in the small shower, you need to put them on the floor. In the pool a few of the benches were broken. The breakfast although had some nice pastries, didn’t have enough variety, only one type of juice, one coffee machine slow and with too sweet options of coffees, only apples and oranges as fruits most of the days, repetitive and missing other things. They offer umbrellas for the beach, but you have to pay extra. Same for the uncovered parking, that requires an extra (we left our car outside). We were in an annex B, and we had to climb a short cliff and also carry our luggage 3 floors up, since there is no elevator (bad because we had 2 elderly people and a kid). If the rating was correct (max 3 stars) and the price was fair (too expensive for what it delivers), this would be an ok hotel.

Great hotel, great location in quiet local town on the bay

-Clean room -Comfortable bed -Air con -Good breakfast -Friendly staff -Great location (in a small local town on the bay , some great fish restaurants / mini market and bakery close by, much quieter and less tourists and traffic than if you stayed near kotor old town) would need to get taxi or bus or 50 minute walk to old town -Bar at front of restaurant which looks out over bay

OK experience

The staff was lovely, the location is great - super quiet yet very central. We upgraded our room to have lake view and it was perfect. There's AC and blackout blinds, so the sun doesn't bother you in the mornings. There's paid parking for 2 euros behind the hotel and a stone dock (for taxi boats) right across the street.

The room wasn't very clean, we had spiderweb on the walls corner above the bed. We also had ants in the room which was very unpleasant. At first there were only few ants here and there, but once we ate some food in the room it became a nightmare. I recommend having a sealed bag to use as a bin. Beds and pillows are a bit too soft for my taste. The room is pretty small.

Staff and views great but some things that need a lot of attention.

View of bay was superb. Restaurant was good too. Staff, especially receptionists Andrea and Jovana. Waiters great too.

Shower was not at all classy. Probably one of the worst showers ever (curtain, sides, space, control, getting in and out). 4* you must be joking. Swimming pool looked in wrong direction and broken loungers. Drain smell in bathroom and on corridor. Constantly asking for stuff that ran out at breakfast … bowls, eggs, coffee machine contents.

Awesome stay near Kotor

The Hotel is just a 10 min. drive to Kotor. The room was very clean und big. The Hotel has a parking Spot for free. I would definetly coming back to see Kotor.

The location is amazing! Right on the Bay of Kotor! The staff was exceptional from checkin to the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
