The location was really exceptional - away from the bustle of Kotor but close enough to travel in for dinner. The facilities were great, the pool was immaculate and the pier was stunning. We had a fantastic view from our room and it was well presented and maintained. The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. They were genuinely kind people and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was a good selection at breakfast and we enjoyed a beautiful meal on the pier. It was superb.
The only thing to be aware of is that parking can be challenging. The hotel is between some blind corners and you need to be a confident driver (or have someone to guide you out!) to park and to exit back onto the main road.

Great location. Not too far from Kotor but far enough to enjoy the tranquility. Stunning view of the bay and mountains. The private dock was well equipped with lounge chairs and drink service. The restaurant opens in the evening to provide dining on the dock. Excellent and friendly waiter. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is exceptional, the staff is very kind and helpful, the accessibility of everything is excellent, the old town is just a few kilometers away, and the restaurant in the hotel itself was also a special experience.
The library in the bar is incredible, with books in Serbian, English, German, French, and Italian—and what editions, truly amazing!
Everything was amazing.

We fell in love with the hotel and area. It’s in a gorgeous quiet and beautiful setting and within walking distance of many restaurants. Very comfy, great breakfast and all the staff made us feel so welcome.

Reception staff were so welcoming. Alex was so helpful too! Super comfortable beds so we had an amazing rest. The view was unbelievable from our room and also the jetty where we had dinner and drinks.
The breakfast service and presentation could be worked on for a 4 star hotel experience. The hot food was quite basic (literally just scrambled eggs on a plate were handed to us one morning) and the buffet style coffee and juice would run out and not be replenished until the staff were asked. Just little suggestions to really make it feel value for money.

The hotel was really lovely and our suite was very large and just beautiful with windows looking over the bay and the hills to the rear. Just beware that there are a very lot of steps and no lifts. Parking is on the main road at the top, so you walk down a lot of steps with your luggage - and back up again when you leave. I would highly recommend the attic suite room 303. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is an outside dining area for breakfast and dinner is served right by the water. There is a separate inside air-conditioned bar with 2 lounges, which were very unique and comfortable. For breakfast there is a table set out with a small quantity of cereals, fruit, pastries etc. and then you can order hot food.
The hotel is about 45 minute walk from Kotor old town, but it is a lovely walk by the bay. We did like the quietness that the location brought.
The breakfast bowls were not cleaned very well and many still had the previous days cereal bits still stuck to them. This happened every day. The fruits, pastries etc were not covered so there were flies on them.
Dinner was a bit disorganised. Our mains arrived whilst we were still eating our starters and they just left them there with us. We were first at dinner. A couple on the next table waited an hour after ordering for their food.
They are average when it comes to food and the service and do need to do better.

A stunning boutique Palazzo overlooking the beautiful bay of Kotor. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and there is a super relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. It is situated in Dobrota which is a perfect location in order to walk into Kotor, take a speed boat trip or hop onto a bus to pretty Perast. The sun deck area adjacent to the sea is just perfect!

Loved the building, decor, location. Breakfast was great and good options for lunch and dinner. Swimming area and jetty by the sea was the best I've been too.
Nothing.

The location was great close to restaurant and only €8 taxi to kotor old town , sun deck was great with plenty of bean bags
Breakfast hit and miss , no butter all week sometime bread , pastry ran out , no yoghurt one day but granola!
Housekeeping only threw duvet cover back and new towels no cleaning of bathroom etc

Fantastic location and view (other than when cruise boats blocked the view). Quiet spot with some good varieties of restaurants close by. Room was beautiful, again with great view.
Could do with more bean bags, sun loungers by waterside. Breakfast choices could be improved.

Location and jetty onto the water excellent
The food and drinks menu was a little lacking on choice, it did not matter too much as there was plenty of good choices close by.

Wonderful location, walking distance from Kotor. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The pontoon area next to the sea, comfortable lounging area with direct access into the water. Nice shaded garden area for breakfast.
Pillows on the beds could be better.

Fabulous location in quiet area, but close e ought to cycle to the old town ( 4km). A private pier, a garden area and luxurious hotel.
No coffee machine in the room. I expected a espresso machine, that would have made a perfect experience. Ar the moment it's just a 9.9 out of 10

Authentic, beautifully decorated; amazing views and charming accommodation. The staff (Anna, Veronica and Alexei) were incredibly hospitable and made the holiday for us.

The location is superb with fantastic views over Boka Bay from the room windows. Good restaurants were not too far away to walk to but we found some were very expensive especially the wine. However, there were a couple of lovely restaurants nearby to walk to that were reasonably priced with good food. We had one meal at the hotel which was cooked beautifully but we had to wait about an hour for it to be delivered. Again silly wine prices. The staff were lovely and welcoming and really wanted to help in anyway they could. Good onsite parking. Plenty of areas to sit in the shade or sun. An excellent electronic charging system in the room.
The breakfast....the food was very nice especially the croissants which you could smell cooking each morning. The choice of cooked dishes was very good but the avocado, eggs etc that were supposed to come on toast were on croissants so didn't really go. Bread was there but not toasted which I missed. Unfortunately the service was so haphazard, if the table had been used by someone previously then it wasn't reset.Every morning something was missing, no bowls, no spoons, the sugar or saucers weren't put out and the coffee once a couple had had a cup then you had to ask for it to be refilled. I hope it doesn't all sound picky but for a boutique, 4 star hotels I expected more.

A wonderful family vacation! 🌞🌊
We stayed here for 7 days with our two children (ages 9 and 12), and from the very first moment, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel has a fantastic location – right by the sea, with a private pier that leads directly to a beautiful, clean beach. The kids loved jumping into the water, while we relaxed on the sunbeds with a cocktail in hand.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea was simply magical – every sunset looked like a painting. 🧡
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner exceeded all expectations – everything was fresh, varied, with both local and international options. Breakfast was particularly rich, and we want to compliment the chefs for the evening grill and fresh seafood dishes!
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional – from the reception, who helped us immediately with our check-in and gave great recommendations for local trips, to the waiters who greeted us with a smile every day. A special thank you to the young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Ana) – she was extremely kind and patient with all our questions.
The pool was clean and well maintained – perfect for the kids – and the spa area was a lovely surprise, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon.
A truly amazing experience, and we’re definitely coming back next year. Thank you!
Everything was great.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel right next to the Bay, with a swimming pool and a lounge deck by the Bay. A vegan breakfast was swiftly arranged for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We regretted only staying 1 night

The location! Exceptional views and a lovely pier which you could swim from which we did daily.
The bed was the most comfortable we slept in for the whole trip with proper pillows and blackout curtains.
Breakfast was lovely and varied for the few days we were there.
The hotel is 2 miles from the old town, about a 50min walk. We were glad it was, our stay was quiet and felt like we were in a movie set. The sunsets a night were lovely.
The staff were brilliant, drinks and food were reasonably priced and there more restaurants in walking distance.
The hotel organised a boat tour which picked us up from the hotel pier.
We didn’t use the pool as we enjoyed swimming in the sea so much but it looked clean and inviting.
A few niggles but nothing major; coffee making facilities in the room would have been much appreciated.
The AC unit was a little noisy at night and there was a blind missing, neither detracted from our stay and would stay here again and would recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, large family suite with 2 bedrooms
Had to highlight that house keeping was not cleaning the room, especially the floor and poor making of the beds each day. Would have expected a better standard. Even when we raised the issues it still wasn’t cleaned or prepared to a standard we would expect.
At breakfast you was only allowed 1 coffee per person.

The view from the private pier and room are a feast for sore eyes, absolutely outstanding. The breakfast menu was ok but could be improved.although the restaurant and bar prices were very reasonable. However the best part was the staff who were all outstanding.Highly recommended.

Great position on water, 3.5 km from Kotor walking on the flat. Views stunning, parking out front which is at a bit of a premium in kotor area
Many steps but that’s Montenegro .

Gorgeous building with quirky furniture, friendly staff and great location on the bay with a wide jetty and deck to enjoy the views. Also enjoyed the 45 mins walk along the bay to Kotor old town. Top tip, Blue Cave tours can collect/drop-off from the jetty in front of the hotel - we felt like celebrities!
No direct view of the bay from the restaurant and bar.

Palazzo Radomiri is pure magic. The kindness of the staff, delicious food, peaceful atmosphere, and reliable internet made my stay unforgettable. Every detail was perfect—from the historic charm to the beautiful waterfront setting. I will surely come back!
Everything was exceptional.

The reception and wait staff were very friendly.
Our bed was extremely comfortable.
The location was beautiful and the sea was clean and lovely.
The restaurant was great
The sofas in our room were stained and the furniture look tired.
There were not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests, so you had to sit uncomfortably across dining chairs if you wanted to sit on the jetty by the sea.
It was our honeymoon, but there was nothing done to acknowledge this.
A member of staff came into our room at 8am while we were sleeping and woke us up - there was no apology for this later.
2.0 / 10.0
Staff were super nice and welcoming, they had bikes we used and were very cool.
No parking, there was a boat which we had to squeeze next to, we choose to find parking in the street.
No hot water, we arrived and water were lule warm, 4 hours later and after trying to get help we ended up with luke warm plus. The bathtub is useless and so was my partners mood.
Thin ceiling, there was a family above us and their kinds were running for hours god bless them, if you book make sure you are on the second floor.
Not accessible, many stairs to parking and to room and to yard, if you aren’t in top shape, skip.
Waterfront view, the window is smallish id say 60cm/80cm and high so while it does overlook the water… it’s not what we were expecting, bedroom was overlooking the stairs and again small.
Breakfast was small and not what we would expect from a 4 star.
No umbrellas, we asked…

An absolutely exquisite family-run hotel (in an 18th century palazzo restored by the same family with the utmost attention to every detail), Palazzo Radomiri in Dobrota seems a personal cozy heaven. Literally every room has a view of the sea (and what a view!), and the design of the interiors is truly beautiful. The private beach is all you need, all the staff are wonderfully friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Also, the building of the hotel is of cultural and historic value (the sculptures under the balcony are by the same artist as those of the altar in Perast), and it's fascinating to learn local history and the history of the family that owned the palazzo. In short, totally recommended in every respect!

a truly beautiful hotel in such a unique setting, it has been renovated with careful consideration. the views across the bay were stunning, and it was so nice to have the bay to lounge on and swim from. the breakfast on the terrace was a nice setting too
I thought €10 per day bike hire was a little bit steep, and the staff could have been more attentive to their guests. there were always people on the bay sunbathing and only twice was I asked if I wanted a drink, so they could make more money by waiting on guests at the bay! it would have been nice to have had more refreshments there. also to have proper sun beds on the bay and not beanbags, and have these set up in the morning after breakfast as you often had to wait for the team to set it up. finally, some of the team didn’t know how to work the umbrellas at the bay, I had to awkwardly wait 10 minutes once for someone to try and work the umbrella

Splendid! The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect for all that you might want to do in montenegro. we were pleased with every aspect of our stay. the breakfasts were lovely, the help organizing transportation and day trips was appreciated, the attention to detail appealing--beautifully decorated with flair, tradition, and comfort -- and as usual, a "1000 places to go before you die" recommendation meets high expectations! Thank you for our special three nights' stay.
Even with the rain , it was a fine stay --and when the sun made an appearance, it was like school's out and everyone was enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, chilly water and all !
