Palazzo Sbutega

It was like being welcomed into a friend’s home, Nigel and Filip couldn’t have been better hosts. The house was beautiful and excellently decorated with a fabulous pool. All guests sit around the breakfast table which is wonderfully prepared. We absolutely loved it! Miss it already.

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Sbutega for our summer holiday in June. We cannot recommend it enough. Nigel is a wonderful host - charming, communicative, and helpful far beyond expectations. Ditto Filip who works with Nigel. The Palazzo is beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. It is air conditioned and the pool and gardens are gorgeous. If the sea is more your thing then just across the road from the front entrance is a pontoon from which you can climb or dive into the sea, with sunbeds to lay on. The location is excellent and Nigel and Filip will help with any excursions that you want to embark on. They will also help with recommendations for places to eat and drink. Breakfast is served in the mornings and it is a delightfully communal affair with excellent food and, if you are as lucky as we were with other guests, excellent company. We highly recommend considering staying at Palazzo Sbutega if you are interested in visiting this part of Montenegro - a beautiful and welcoming country. You won’t be disappointed.

There is nothing that I can criticise about my stay at Palazzo Sbutega. It was superb.
