My first time visiting Kotor (and Montenegro), & what a memorable one it was! The hotel is modern, luxurious, warm, and inviting from the moment you arrive & throughout your stay. Our Deluxe Double Room with Sea View was beautiful - spacious, clean, comfortable, & felt like a home away from home. The view from the large balcony/terrace was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning Bay of Kotor against the gorgeous backdrop of the mountains, as well as the beautiful hotel gardens and infinity pool (sunsets are magical). The shower is big and even has a large window with this same view! The onsite restaurant, Mandolina, was impressive with its food, drinks, and service (our host, Mirza, was amazing). The overall Mediterranean vibe, setting, & location of the hotel really added to the magic of our stay - the attention to detail, cleanliness, high-quality facilities and amenities, & having everything you want and need at your fingertips without needing to leave the hotel. The hotel staff are very welcoming, professional & friendly, including reception, bellmen, and restaurant personnel. The gorgeous beachside oasis that is Virtu Beach Bar & Restaurant is a highlight in itself (and my favourite) - Mediterranean/Euro summer beach vibes without the overcrowding & hustle & bustle! Offering a delicious & wide selection of food and drinks, direct beach access only steps away, comfortable sunbeds, a great seated restaurant area, fresh new towels, and super-friendly staff - a little slice of paradise. A special mention & huge thanks to Ivan, who made our stay all the more enjoyable & memorable, being so hospitable, warm, welcoming, friendly, professional, genuine, authentic, and passionate - an amazing human in every sense & a master of his craft!

Not staying longer and having to leave

Spacious and luxurious, very accommodating staff. Especially Ivan at the beach club! such great service. The breakfast was also great and they had everything, Aziz their manager was the best. Thank you so much.

New, clean waterfront location. Decor is lovely.

Is not easy for anyone with a disability or sight impairment. Most of the reception staff appear inexperienced in hospitality and made several mistakes. The building is lovely but the hotel lacks the class you would expect from similar priced hotels. Unable to book taxis through the hotel so a shuttle service would be a great add on in the future. Possible earlier start to breakfast for residents on the early return flights home. Music in public areas should be more reserved as not everyone wants to feel like they are at a nightclub whilst relaxing.
