The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. From the room there was a gorgeous view of the bay. There was also a small church in the mountains across the bay, which made the view feel even more special and unique.
The hotel is arranged in villa-style buildings, which makes the atmosphere calm and private, and there is easy access to a private beach.
Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the heated pool, and a very charming detail: birds nesting on the balcony. It was so cozy to watch them, and it made the stay feel even more connected to nature.
There were a few things that could be improved. The room was prepared for two guests instead of three, even though the booking was for three, so some amenities were missing.
The private beach was not available during our stay due to maintenance, which was not mentioned at the time of booking.
The spa area did not fully meet expectations. The hammam had an unpleasant smell and felt a bit cold, and the shower had a technical issue. However, the spa staff were very friendly and welcoming. It would also be nice to have a jacuzzi or indoor pool in the spa area.
Additionally, the handle on the toilet door in the room was broken.

This was quite simply an amazing hotel. Staff were fabulous from the concierge, to the restaurant, to the spa and fitness area. Such good service. As seasoned travellers, this is one of the very best all round holidaying experiences we have ever had, and I do not say that lightly.
Everything was excellent. Maybe some better signage and easier transition between main hotel and spa/fitness area as the walk is through the garage. Also, the room AC could be lower as quite warm during the night so had to open door and had a bit of noise coming in.

We stayed for about 3 days.
Breakfasts were good and varied - plenty of options and everything was fresh. The spa was okay, nothing special but nice enough to relax.
Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and always smiling 😊
We had a sea view room - it was beautiful! The location is also nice and scenic, but quite far from the city.
Walking to Kotor takes around an hour, so it’s much better if you have a car or scooter. Parking costs €15 per day, but they kindly allowed us to park our scooter in front of the building for free (if there’s space).
Honestly, the hotel doesn’t really feel like a 5-star (or even a 4-star) — the price is definitely too high for what you get. Everything looks a bit worn out: furniture, bathroom, decor. The shower was leaking and water collected on the floor after each use.
