Very disappointed, for the price we expected much more
Location is very nice, private beach with crystal clear water, although the prices of the beach bar were insane!
The rooms were not clean as we checked in, the mattress was so uncomfortable that by the end of our stay I had very bad back pain!

Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but it feels overpriced. You expect more for the money you pay.
We stayed for about 3 days. Breakfasts were good and varied - plenty of options and everything was fresh. The spa was okay, nothing special but nice enough to relax. Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and always smiling 😊 We had a sea view room - it was beautiful! The location is also nice and scenic, but quite far from the city.
Walking to Kotor takes around an hour, so it’s much better if you have a car or scooter. Parking costs €15 per day, but they kindly allowed us to park our scooter in front of the building for free (if there’s space). Honestly, the hotel doesn’t really feel like a 5-star (or even a 4-star) — the price is definitely too high for what you get. Everything looks a bit worn out: furniture, bathroom, decor. The shower was leaking and water collected on the floor after each use.

Very average hotel, not close to a 5 star hotel, old and not luxurious rooms, you can hear everything that happens outside, you can hear people talking in the next room, the service is not good at all, we did not enjoy our stay there and unfortunately we stayed there for 3 days and wanted to leave from the first moment. They moved us to a different room because of a leak in the shower and the new room was even worse. Do not recommend in any way. Not a good experience.

Disappointed
Our room overlooked the Bay of Kotor and so the view was beautiful. It was a spacious room and the breakfast selection was good.
The room attendant didn’t clean the room which was disappointing - apparently this was unusual but we didn’t realise. The tea, sugar etc in the room were not replaced which was disappointing. The food in the restaurants was patchy - again, disappointing. The service in the restaurants was patchy - disappointing. This hotel is in a good location, is well laid out and has good facilities. With a change in management / service approach, it could be fantastic. As it stands, it is average.
