Staff does not speak english (they use phone for translation), no credit card payment - only cash acceptable, breakfast very limited, canteen very small, etc.

Breakfast was really good, especially the croissant. And the hotel has an amazing view

The room was not clean in general, they got the payment in cash and kinda expensive in general.

The property is well located, close to the bay area, restaurants, the view is nice, they have free parking, wifi was good and the staff was friendly.

The room we stayed in had a big mold stain, the walls were dirty, and when we checked in we found hairs on the floor. We asked them to change our room, but they said the hotel was fully booked, but the next day a room would be free and they would move us, but that didn't happen ☹️. The breakfast is poor with very few options

Friendly staff and a beautiful view from the roof to Kotor bay. When there was food available on breakfast the food was ok.

First of all, before we stayed at the hotel, we were contacted by the hotel manager via Whatsapp to cancel the reservation at Booking.com to give us a discount of 50€. This was surely so that they could avoid the fee to Booking.com and get more money this way, but contacting straight through to Whatsapp without asking it before in Booking-chat made me feel uncomfortable and judging by the other previous reviews, it has happened before. Once we arrived to the hotel, we had to pay the full amount of the room by cash as they didn’t own a POS device ”yet” so be prepared to have extra cash for your trip. Thankfully the staff was friendly and they allowed us to pay the full amount next day when we could get more money from the ATM. For us there were no issues with cleaning of the rooms, as has been for other guests based on the previous reviews, but the bathroom sewer smelled pretty bad the whole stay and the shower was constantly overflowing with water as there was no proper shower cubicle and the design of the floor did not force the water to go towards the sewer. All the rooms are located at the same floor as the reception with little sound proof and privacy so you can constantly hear voices from the reception. As mentioned before, the quality of the breakfast was ok when there was food available. The quality of the breakfast could be improved so much, if they would invest more into actually making the coffee themselves. Instant coffee makes the experience subpar immediately. The biggest problem during the breakfast was that most foods were constantly out and sometimes you would arrive to breakfast buffet with only bread, cucumbers and french fries available. Even glasses for juices had to be asked specifically and sometimes certain food-items had to be waited for 15 mins before they were ready. At this point you would already be finished with breakfast.

The terrace with the pool and the view was great. The room was huge and very modern and clean with a balcony. The toilet was also big. There was a kettle and some teas. The parking lot was easy to access and wide.

The breakfast was average (instant coffee). The staff was nice but the staff in the evening couldn't speak English. You need to pay cash.

We loved everything: the staff was very welcoming, the place was fantastic, there was a large balcony with a great view, the room was equipped with everything necessary, the breakfast was very good. We would really choose this place again and we recommend it warmly! Pleanty of private parking next to the hotel. There is no downside, nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect! The only tiny drawback was how the water doesn't go away in the shower, but it's a common thing Montenegrin hotels.

The view was amazing, especially from the top. Only the first floor is belong the hotel so you can not see so much view from your room. But if you can go the top, the view is breathtaking. Parking is free and in easy spot. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and good.

Breakfast choices could be more.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful for anything i needed (information, taxi reservation, availability in general...) The view from the room and from the rooftop of the hotel is just amazing. The breakfast has been enjoyable. It was quite fast to reach the sea, i would say 5 min by walking. However it takes a bit more time to reach the center of the city. Taking a bus is preferable.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are nice. The view is great and breakfast is decent. Only stay here if you come for one night.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! If you plan to stay for more than one night, stay away from it! We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 5 nights. Both our rooms were not cleaned for 3 days!! On the first 2 days we were patient and gave them grace but on the third day we saw all they do os give you new towels but the room remained dirty, there was no toilet paper. We had to take out the garbage ourselves and when they apologized and admitted they didn’t clean they made up some lousy excuse and when they wanted to clean it we wanted to rest after a day of traveling so we had to wait until the next day to get it cleaned. On the third night we came back from dinner and the entire entrance was filled with flies and flying ants that entered the room because our rooms were located on the first floor right by the entrance. When we contacted them they cleaned it but blamed us for making a big deal. On the 4th day they promised to finally clean the room. When we got back from the beach they did change the sheets and garbage but never cleaned the floor. Apparently this is to much to ask for after a 4 day stay. I had to humiliate myself and ask for a broom from the only English speaker blond girl at the front desk and she brought the lady in charge which started debating with me at her native language taking a toilet paper to check if I am making this up and the floor is clean. When I told her this is very rude and I am not a “Karen” looking to waste my holiday and vacation time on pity complaints and the floor really is dirty, they continued to argue with me when I hade to ask them to leave my room ashamed of this entire encounter. Then another lady texted me from the hotel blaming me we can’t be pleased when all we asked for is the one thing an hotel should provide- a clean room. She claimed they never had complaints and I told her that means nothing and her own staff admitted to not clean our rooms for days. Do yourselves a favor and do not book this hotel.

the staff was so lovely! very helpful and sweet. the amenities are beautiful, very clean. highly recommend!

nothing of significance, we had a town-wide power outage for one night. they were very nice about this, handled it very well. as it is a new hotel, they didn’t have the possibility of paying the roomfare by card- this was done in cash. minor inconvenience though, atm’s are everywhere.

They were very friendly and helpful I really would like to book the same hotel again for my next trip. Thank you so much guys.

Nicely designed hotel with kind details in the rooms. The rooftop pool is amazing. We loved out stay.

Tesisin odaları gayet geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltısı ortalama kahvaltılar gibi yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Tesisin kendisine ait park alanı var, herhangi bir ücret ödenmiyor. Odalar günlük temizleniyor.

Tesisin havuzu kapalı, ödeme sadece nakit olarak alınıyor ve aracı olmayanlar için old towna gidiş sıkıntı olabilir

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. La terrasse était agréable. Petit-déjeuner convenable. Belle vue depuis la terrasse sur Kotor. Grand parking

La piscine était un peu petite et très peu profonde. Peu de renseignements/conseils pour visiter Kotor. Mon conjoint, étant originaire du Monténégro, a trouvé ça dommage que personne ne parle la langue locale. C’est mieux d’avoir une voiture pour loger dans cet hôtel car il est un peu excentré.

Grundsätzlich freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück ausreichend. Parkplätze vorhanden, was uns wichtig war. Man läuft schon ein gutes Stück in die Altstadt von Kotor, aber es geht. Pool auf dem Dach und tolle Aussicht über die Bucht ist toll.

Die Verständigungsprobleme (kein Englisch) waren ein kleiner Dämpfer. Man hat sich Mühe gegeben. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, im Kinderzimmer hat es stark gerochen. Frühstück ausreichend. Parkplätze vorhanden, was uns wichtig war. Barzahlung bei Ankunft nötig, was ein komisches Gefühl hinterlässt.
