Wonderful stay at Villa Nautica.
The place was exceptional. The host provided an excellent mini tour when we arrived. Recommending some good restaurants locally. The host was also very accommodating and helpful when we got in touch via WhatsApp etc. The room itself was clean, modern and the photos on Booking.com do not do it justice, it was much nicer than they looked. The balcony we had was truly exceptional and had a phenomenal view over the bay. Whilst there is no breakfast included there is a pastry shop down the road and some good breakfast spots by the front. We found it cost around 6€ to get to old town Kotor which was very reasonable. The pool was relaxing, clean and spacious. It was quiet and has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all, an excellent place to rest and relax. Overall, I would recommend this place without a shadow of doubt. Stay here and get the room with the huge balcony, it's really special.

We loved our stay about Vila Nautica, we found the location to be exactly what we wanted for our visit, close enough for a taxi to the old town and restaurants (€2.50 pre midnight). Vila Nautica is In the village of Dabrota which is very close to walk there is places to swim and eat as well. Lovely view from our balcony, room clean and spacious. The pool was a real hi-light for us We hired a car which I would reccomend if visiting Montenegro in general- plenty of parking reserved at the Vila.
We stayed for a week and we’re asked to pay cash, which we were unaware of before arriving. The Host facilitated our payment by bank transfer and was helpful and understanding to organise payment.

Exceptional
We stayed during 3 nights in the studio with 3 persons (2 adults & 1 child). The apartment is conviently located at about 2km of Kotor. Kotor is easily reached by car (parking space is also available at the property), taxi or even by foot along the bay.  The neighbourhood is quiet, which is very pleasant at night, and a bakery & grocery shop are at 5 min walk distance. Also several decent restaurants in the area available. The apartment itself is very convenient with airco, enough space for 3 & fully equiped (even with washing machine). You can also enjoy the pool which is very nice during the hot summer days. The apartment is also very clean with sufficient towels and pool towels. The hospitality and helpfulness of Nadja and her family are incredible. We had bad luck with our luggage that got lost upon arrival but Nadja offered to help to recover it (as the luggage service of the airport was not easily reachable in English). We had a very good stay and we highly recommend this place at the bay of Kotor.
