Wonderful location with its own jetty with sunbeds which was perfect! It is around a 45 minute walk to old town kotor but we knew this in advance and loved the walk in. There are also several lovely restaurants right near to the property. The owners were really friendly and I would recommend staying here.
Unfortunately the shower head attachment to the wall was broken and so you had to hold the shower head up by hand to be able to shower which wasn’t great. The drain cover also was broken.

We loved the dock and the lawn chairs. It was so nice to have a property to stay where we could relax by the water and jump right in. While it wasn’t in Kotor, there were good restaurants near by - specifically Bonazza which we really liked. So you didn’t need to walk in to eat or to go to the market if you didn’t want to. Also had parking right in front. And the owner was very kind and responsive to all of our questions.
We found the walk pretty long and we are both young and in good health. Due to the cost of parking and the traffic, we didn’t want to drive the car into Kotor. Wanted to leave it safely parked for free at the accommodation so we walked into Kotor frequently. I didn’t find the reviews regarding how far the walk was to be very accurate. Some said 20mins. We timed it multiple times and it’s a 42min walk for us. Would have liked to be aware of this so it wasnt a surprise.

The view from the house was beautiful, the garden smelled wonderfully of flowers, it was beautifully designed, and there was a small play area for children in the garden where my baby played for hours. It was a very enjoyable holiday, thank you for everything.
