It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Milo's mother. She was extremely friendly and also cooked dinner for us on the last day. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience including the private beach. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

One word - Perfection

A wonderful apartment, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The best part was that it took us only 15 seconds from the bed to get into the sea. Before sleeping, we had the chance to look at the sea, sky, and mountains right from the bed, and the same view greeted us when we woke up. There are two shops nearby, as well as nice restaurants and beach bars where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sea view. That is something truly unique and something we had never experienced before. Nearby is Kotor, where you can rent a speedboat and explore the beautiful bay or head out to the open sea. We also enjoyed the cable car ride that took us to the top of the mountain with a stunning view and a nice restaurant. There are golf courses nearby as well. A great location for people who love to explore and discover different places. The hosts were kind, and communication was easy. We’ll be coming back again next June!

Wonderful experience at our first vacation in Montenegro at this beautiful beach front property.

The apartment is directly at the beach, with views overlooking the sea. Beautiful. The apartment is well equipped, clean, spacious and has air conditioning. There are several restaurants near by (walking distance). The bus stop to Kotor is around the corner (if you don’t come by car). The owners are very nice and super helpful. They even grilled our fish on their barbecue. We can highly recommend this property.

Nothing. The only thing to mention: If you are elderly, the ladder to the top floor could be a challenge.

The view from apartment was amazing! Very friendly host, who gave us a lot of recommendations and was ready to help with any question. The apartments is good equipped, it even have a dishwasher. The beach is a minute away and you always have your own sun lounges. Highly recommended! :)

Excellent accommodation, cleanliness is at a high level. The best thing is that I could smell the sea while sleeping with the windows open. A positive impression is that it is possible to get out of bed quickly to the beach, because it takes 30 seconds to get to the beach. The panoramic view of the sea from the bedroom, dining room and living room is something I have not had the opportunity to see anywhere else. Opening my eyes in the morning and seeing the sea is something I will remember for the rest of my life. The hosts are friendly and communication was easy. I will definitely come again, all recommendations!

Appartment is not in accordance with description on booking.com. Rooms are very small cca 6sqm, there is no space between bad and walls. One ,,room,, is actually gallery above acctualy it is open space and you can reach it only with vertical stairs. Bathroom and toiled stinking. Low water presure in the shower. No terrace in the appartment. There was no sunbad on the beach for our appartment. It is strange since for some guests they are provided. Accordingly we were not able to use local beach that belongs to accomodation.

Good location, one of the best hotels in this area with a beach. Incredibly beautiful view from the terrace. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, oysters farm. 15 minutes by car to Kotor. Nice apartment. Friendly hosts.

Plesant and undisturbed vacation with lots of fun!

3-generation family run business. Tender loving care for all the guest. Genuine nice people, open for every question and ready to help. We were lucky to taste the local fish prepared by familiy member. We had the option to try water-sky, wake-board and lots of fun with motor boat. Rooms are perfectly clean, good equipped and big enough for 6 of us. Separeted see-side (with sofa and shadow) at the front of the appartment. Good restaurant in walking distance. Local people in the area are nice and supportive. Kotor bay and the city is beautiful. Mountains around are good options for hiking.

Nothing serious. Need to walk few steps to appartment. Difficult to park in Kotor. Thats all.

Fantastic view apartment

- personal parking - fantastic view from two bedrooms and the kitchen - almost personal beach - clear sea - location - barbecue zone 👍 - very friendly hosts (who absolutely didn’t mind our late check out and also brought great compliments for us). Milos solved the question regarding the small refrigerator very fast - he bought one more refrigerator for us 👍 appreciated

The items that will be listed below are just our thoughts and maybe they are not bad for someone else but they should be taken into account when booking this apartment (this information is valid only for the apartment that is for 6 people that we lived in): - one bathroom - we knew about it when booking but in practice it turned out that one shower cabin is too uncomfortable for 6 people - the refrigerator is too small for 6 people (but Milos solved this problem by buying one more refrigerator for us) - one bedroom of three is very tiny as well as the bathroom. This tiny bedroom has the window that leads to a general road and during the night it’s hard to sleep there with the open window - one air conditioner for the whole apartment - one bedroom of three is located on the second level and it’s some kind of the open space with the kitchen and the hall but on different levels. It also includes sofa and a TV-zone. You can reach this bedroom only by using the high-grade ladder. You can see it in my pictures.

Loved the place

Great place, stunning view , nice clean & cozy rooms and friendly hosts who were ready to help in any case. Several bars and restaurants nearby, clean beach and no crowds of people like in Budva. There is alaso a nice ancient church nearby, recommend for a visit if you are well fit (you have to climb up the road). Overall were very pleased with the stay and looking forward to come there again :)

La vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Kotor au réveil. Juste à traverser l'impasse pour se baigner avec bain de soleil.... à disposition. Propreté de l'appartement. La gentillesse des hôtes. Maison familiale et quartier à mi chemin entre Kotor et Peirast

Pour dire quelque chose, la cuisine un peu sommaire mais on ne l'a pas utilisée. Possibilité de manger au restaurant en y allant à pied et également supérette à pied également

Расположение отличное! Первая линия, приватный пляж, собственные лежаки. Есть парковка в доме. Предлагается сап. Вечером предложили домашнее вино и закуски. Владельцы очень приятные люди - Срджан все рассказал, Милош всегда был на связи. Кстати платили мы по реквизитам за апартаменты (50%) - это норм, все проверено нами :)
