The homely feeling of being in a family-run establishment, the location and access to pebble beach across the road for which they lent me a beach umbrella too! Lovely unlimited breakfast and sitting in the patio having slow mornings was a highlight of my trip with great service from the daughters. My room was on the second floor and the owner offered more than once to help me but I wanted the struggle and exercise and triumph haha Montenegrin hospitality is really top-notch! Meals at the restaurant was also good with a great menu and one could stay here the entire trip were one so inclined. The owner has contacts with local drivers who was his very tall and very sweet nephew for a fixed 10 euro one way trip to Kotor. The AC was a dream although I personally rarely used it. The room not facing the beach doesn’t have much sunlight but that was perfect for keeping the room cool. Small but comfortable room with closet space, small desk and a chair plus a mini- fridge, and overall, the property was spacious and wonderful. Stayed three nights but could easily stay more. Was very happy to have not stayed in Kotor itself but a gem like this located in Prcanj, a 40 min walk to Kotor which I did often. About 5 restaurants including this within a kilometre of here too. Came from Tivat bus terminal after my flight on the Blue Line for 1.50 Euros and just telling them the name of the hotel does the trick.
Bedsheets were rough. No soap in shower dispenser but I had my own - sure they would have easily refilled had I asked. Leaking shower cubicle so leave the towel as they place it instead of unfolding it on the floor like I did initially which was then totally wet. Bedside lamps were very bright. These are minor things and I will highly recommend this place nonetheless.

The owner Vojo and his family are wonderfully kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special and comfortable.
I even chose to extend my visit to celebrate my birthday here — and it was the perfect way to relax and feel truly cared for.
The hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking sea views and is just a short walk from the beach plus its the best area in kotor to stay. The facilities are impeccably maintained and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly every night.

The view from the room was great and the staff was kind.
The hotel was marked as closed since it's off season, but why is it advertised on booking.com then for the dates listed? It is one of those places that maximizes money at the expense of comfort so you get a tiny "hotel" room with bathroom cramped up into an improvised balcony, with no proper door and limited space. I'm sorry but no amount of kindness will make up for the fact that it's all about getting as much money as you can without providing proper comfort.
