Feeling of Belonging and Home

The homely feeling of being in a family-run establishment, the location and access to pebble beach across the road for which they lent me a beach umbrella too! Lovely unlimited breakfast and sitting in the patio having slow mornings was a highlight of my trip with great service from the daughters. My room was on the second floor and the owner offered more than once to help me but I wanted the struggle and exercise and triumph haha Montenegrin hospitality is really top-notch! Meals at the restaurant was also good with a great menu and one could stay here the entire trip were one so inclined. The owner has contacts with local drivers who was his very tall and very sweet nephew for a fixed 10 euro one way trip to Kotor. The AC was a dream although I personally rarely used it. The room not facing the beach doesn’t have much sunlight but that was perfect for keeping the room cool. Small but comfortable room with closet space, small desk and a chair plus a mini- fridge, and overall, the property was spacious and wonderful. Stayed three nights but could easily stay more. Was very happy to have not stayed in Kotor itself but a gem like this located in Prcanj, a 40 min walk to Kotor which I did often. About 5 restaurants including this within a kilometre of here too. Came from Tivat bus terminal after my flight on the Blue Line for 1.50 Euros and just telling them the name of the hotel does the trick.

Bedsheets were rough. No soap in shower dispenser but I had my own - sure they would have easily refilled had I asked. Leaking shower cubicle so leave the towel as they place it instead of unfolding it on the floor like I did initially which was then totally wet. Bedside lamps were very bright. These are minor things and I will highly recommend this place nonetheless.

Total disappointment.

Good location. Beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor.

The furniture is old and uncomfortable, especially in the cheaper rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The fridge in the room did not work. The food in the restaurant is tasteless. The menu is nothing special. The prices are like in a four-star hotel, but in fact the hotel is no more than 2 stars.

The owner Vojo and his family are wonderfully kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special and comfortable. I even chose to extend my visit to celebrate my birthday here — and it was the perfect way to relax and feel truly cared for. The hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking sea views and is just a short walk from the beach plus its the best area in kotor to stay. The facilities are impeccably maintained and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, Every aspect of my stay was flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Bokeljski Dvori and can’t wait to return. A perfect 10/10!

Excellent short stay with late check-in and early check out

I only stayed for 1 night in the hotel. I had a late arrival at 9PM, but was warmly welcomed by the staff with easy check-in. I needed an early check-out, and was easy to agree with the staff to leave the key successfully. Friendly staff, quite & clean room and parking for my car. Excellent short stay.

Minimum comfort.

The view from the room was great and the staff was kind.

The hotel was marked as closed since it's off season, but why is it advertised on booking.com then for the dates listed? It is one of those places that maximizes money at the expense of comfort so you get a tiny "hotel" room with bathroom cramped up into an improvised balcony, with no proper door and limited space. I'm sorry but no amount of kindness will make up for the fact that it's all about getting as much money as you can without providing proper comfort.

It was bit expensive compare to facilities but i booked late.

I had to pay extra for the child breakfast and dinner eventhough booked half board,something went wrong between hotel and booking.com but hotel gave a double room free of charge well appreciated.

Feels like home, very nice staff

Conveniently located in Prcanj, appx 3 km from the city center of Kotor. Perfect if you have a car to get around in the neighborhood, or maybe if you just prefer some peace and quite. There was a small beach right across the street if you feel like going for a swim without having to go to one of the "real" beaches. Free parking right outside the hotel at a safe distance from the narrow street. We appreciated our corner room that was very neat and clean and came with some clever compact living solutions that worked perfectly well, excellent! The wifi was top notch! I've rarely experienced such a fast and reliable connection at any hotel, big or small. Impressive, well done! The breakfast menu was comprehensive and we really enjoyed it. We had half board and the dinners were very good as well. We enjoyed the cosy interaction with the very friendly staff. It's really nice with a family business like this being taken care of by several generations of the family.

I'm a bit picky about the sleeping comfort and personally I would have appreciated a somewhat softer bed. We would have appreciated if the fumes from people smoking on the patio outside could be stopped from entering the restaurant. They did a good job to separate these areas but regrettably we could still feel the smell inside.

Memorable stay in Kotor

The day I got to the hotel, Irena welcomed me, and she offered me a complimentary drink. She was lovely, and we had a pleasant conversation about things I could do in Kotor. I got to the hotel a little early, and the owner Vojo told me I could do an early check-in. I was amazed as many other hotels won’t do that for you. This was a family hotel, and I am thankful they made my stay memorable.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in Prčanj, a small town 10 minutes drive from Kotor. You can take a bus or order a taxi, but the walk is also quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful. I had some problems with payment, and they did everything possible to help. I didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping, but it was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, you can enjoy the incredible view of the bay while eating.

Everything was more than perfect.. This is a family business, for almost 50 years.. All the people of the property, are trying to make everything possible in order to make your stay unforgettable.. The breakfast, the food, the cleanliness of the room, were all amazing.. Perfect.. 11 out of 10.. The view of the room and of the bay, is like a portrait of an amazing painter.. The room is very special, "warm" and cozzy and the maybe small size of the bathroom, didn't bother at all... We loved it. Thank you very much.. If we ever visit the wonderful Kotor again, we will certainly stay to our new friends again..

A simpel but complete hotel with wonderful kitchen.

A small family hotel with very kind people and an excellent restaurant. Although small, my room had a small balcony and in two directions view of the beautiful Bay of Kotor. I spent 3 nights in the hotel, and decided 3 times to have diner while there are plenty altenativs.

Room a bit small and you must be careful not tot bump your head against the ceiling, because this is oartly low.

Good Hotel for the price, with a great breakfast.

The location is OK, it's far from Kotor, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff was OK, one guy especially was very friendly. Room's interior looked a bit old, with the bathroom looking old especially but everything was clean, working and wasn't damaged in any way. As we stayed for one one that really didn't bothered us much. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant, ordered, dishes are big and so are the portions. Very tasty. The parking is in front, no problem in finding a space.

The room itself was a bit dark. As we entered it the shutters were closed but even when opened the room still appear to be darkish.

Lovely vacation in Prčanj

We liked the frendly and professional staff and fresh/tasty food. Vojislav is such a good host. Other staff members were also very professional and friendly. They helped us with everything we've asked. Beach is located just under the hotel (1 min walk). It's mostly pebbles and tiny gravel, and it's clean. Town is peaceful and there are also other beaches and nice restaurants to visit around. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfy. There is also a good parking lot. We will come again for sure :)

Very pleasant small hotel with kind people.

I liked the room which was very clean and comfortable. I liked the staff which was very kind and helpful. I liked the food (breakfast and dinner), which was not buffet, but it was very good quality and abundant. I liked that I could rent a bicycle and go around cycling, even if one must be very careful, as the car and motor trafic are dense and there are no bicycle paths. I liked that the beach is just under hotel.

I didn't like, that there is no shuttle service between the airport Tivat and hotel. The only possibility is to take taxi, which cost me from the airport 20 euros and to the airport 15 euros. I didn't like many steps to reach my room on the 2nd floor (without lift), but it was, however, good recreation.

Pleasant accomodation

Perfect transient accomodation. Kind and helpful staff, clear rooms with air-conditioned, sea wiew, delicius half-board. The bay is opposite the hotel where you can swim. If you go to the old town with taxi, will pay 3.5-4 euro. The staff will help and calls a cab you. THANK a LOT, Sincerelly László

Beautiful hotel - a perfect place to relax or to discover Kotor

The owners and hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food in the restraurant is great, the terrace is just like in the pictures. I had a nice and clean room with a view to the sea. The location is perfect, there is a little beach and for my trip to Budva Old Town I just rented a bike from the hotel and arrived within 15 minutes. Thank you so much!!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. The location was really closed to the center. If you don’t rent a car, the bus is just passing in front of the hotel. The breakfast and the food was really delicious. We ate the best seafood there. There is a small beach in front of the hotel. We just felt that we were at home. I definitely recommend. We were really satisfied with our accommodation.
