Nice breakfast that include a swedich buffet and a main dish like omelette. We have been at the winter time (off season) i am sure that in the summer the area has more attraction and the hotel is in good location 5 min to old kotor "

There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff were very helpful and assisted us with carrying our luggage to and from the room.

The view from the room is magnificent and unforgettable, best in Kotor bay, maybe even best in Montenegro. Location is very convenient and quiet, taxis arrived fast and Kotor is 5-7 min drive, Perast 20 min. The breakfast is delicious! The gem of this hotel is excellent service and staff. They are working 150% 👏❤️, communication was always easy. Overall best hotel in Kotor bay for a peaceful and enjoyable time

Adiya Signature Hotel perfectly combines professionalism and warmth. During our two-night stay, we experienced true luxury and comfort. We had mentioned that our stay coincided with a special occasion, and the team surprised us with a wonderful gesture that made our day even more memorable — it truly won our hearts. The hotel is spotless and brand new, with spacious rooms overlooking the stunning Bay of Kotor. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. As someone with long hair, I was especially delighted to find a Dyson hair care set in our room — such an impressive touch! When we arrived, the pool was closed and the restaurant was not serving dinner, but the breakfasts more than made up for it — each morning felt like a feast, prepared by a talented Turkish chef. Whether you visit in summer or winter, if you’re planning to stay in the Bay of Kotor, this place should definitely be your choice.

The staff was exceptional, always there for us and everybody was very kind, we felt very welcome here. The internal design is very stylish, the breakfast is amazing (thank you to the cook!). We had everything we needed and had the best sleep in a while.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and include everything you could need. The view is picture perfect. Every small detail has been thought about. But what makes this hotel so special are the people. They are a team of super hosts- friendly, caring and generous, who made us feel part of the family. Special thanks to Katarina at the front desk who went above and beyond for us, and to Angela in the restaurant, who hosted us for wonderful breakfasts every day, and for an excellent, unforgetable last dinner in Montenegro.

The view is truly beautiful and the room is well-decorated, large and comfortable but what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. From day one, Katarina went above and beyond to ensure that any issue we had was addressed and provided us with the best recommendations. She even walked us to the top of the stairs where the trail to Old Kotor by the lake began, gave us fantastic restaurant suggestions, and swiftly handled an issue with our TV. On another occasion, when we decided to drive to Dubrovnik with our rental car, Katarina noticed that we hadn’t received the necessary permission from the car rental company (it was listed on the paperwork). She and the young man who also worked there helped us arrange another car from a company that brought the vehicle directly to the hotel and picked it up after our trip. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, always attentive and making sure we were completely satisfied with both breakfast and dinner – both of which were consistently delicious. Every morning, there was a different option on the à la carte menu for breakfast, and each night we were pleasantly surprised by the creative, mouthwatering dinners they served. I’ve stayed at quite a few brand-name as well as 5-star hotels, but I’ve never experienced staff go to such lengths to ensure guests have a perfect stay. Don’t hesitate for a second – this hotel is worth every penny and more!
