Very friendly people, very keen to help. Nice view and a kitty to pet 🙂 plenty space for parking. So far the most welcoming accomodation in Montenegro.

We didn't get towels. Fortunately we have own. There was no shampoo but they gave us when we asked so ok.

Simple, comfortable and a great location.

Great location, short walk from town. Great views over Kotor bay, very quiet and a lovely restaurant called Incontro just down the hill. Marco was delightful.

Check in was problematic and took a long time, it would have been impossible without internet access which a fellow guest kindly supplied as our eSIM had failed us. We were a late night check in that had been previously arranged but it took a long time for anyone to appear to let us into our room. All a little more stressful in the dark.

The balcony has amazing view. Price was good.

Thin walls and doors, no basic things like towel hangers in the bathroom, there was washing machine running during the night and made noise.

Great stay

Very nice room. The view outside is beautifull. The airconditioning is great in the warm weather. The family is really nice and even did our washing for us. They spoke english well and were quick to help out when we had questions.

The wifi was cutting in and out during our stay. At first we were giving a room with a bathroom outside which was our "private bathroom" which we booked but other people used it as well. We later got switched to a room with a private bathroom which was perfect. So overall a really great stay

Spacious room which had what was needed and stated in description. The hosts were so welcoming and lovely and offered to assist in any way they could. Room was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again if back in Kotor.

Good

Clean room with very basic amenities (fridge, electric kettle, 2 mugs, towels). Comfortable beds, we slept well there. Good for one night stop. Nice view from the common terrace.

The room could be more cozy. It lacks some touch to make it feel more comfortable to spend time in. Also, you can hear everything through the walls, other people walking on the next floor etc. In our case, it was not a big problem cause it seemed the place was not fully occupied but in a high season, it might be an issue. Overall I rate it 7/10 (compared with 10 different places I slept in in Montenegro priced 25-40euros per night for 2 persons).

We really like the view from the shared terrace. (Our apartment had view of the back garden). The host allowed us to leave our car perked for a couple of hours even after the check-out.

The hosts were not rude, but they could also be friendlier.

Beautiful hillside retreat.

The location was lovely as it wasn’t in the centre of the city thus avoiding the hustle and bustle and had a marvellous view of the sunset over the city and water. Sandra and her brother Tony were amazing hosts, they brought us beer when we first arrived. They were attentive and professional. We purchased a delicious home cooked meal made by their mother that we enjoyed at sunset on the terrace. Also their cat was adorable.

It was a little chilly at night but nothing that the blankets provided didn’t remedy.

Im not sure if I would come back!

Clean and good location!

the location on the booking it is different from the real one, we had a lot of troubles to find it! when we get there we didn’t get the room that we booked! The only thing Sandra said was: well, that’s the room I have, she didn’t explain anything about the place. she just asked about the tax fees and left! that’s all! I think she should treat the guests better because we are not there for free, we are paying, so we need respect!

We had to find a different accommodation

the bed was soo worn out that when you sat on it, you just sank in. It definitely did not look like the pictures or else we would not have stayed there. The amenities in the kitchen were old and limited. Also, they provided us with old, scrappy towels, the whole place gave us an unsafe and unclean atmosphere. I would like to get a refund due to the terrible conditions of the place.

Simple option close to town.

Property is just shy of 2km from the historical town. It is a nice, quiet walk offering an affordable option for those who want to be close to the center. Sandra's place is simple with all the facilities you'd need for a couple of nights. The rooms are quite run down and there are a lot of mosquitos but the shower was hot and the beds are standard. We did not use the kitchenette but it appeared to have all the utensils you would need. Free parking on site was very helpful.

New mattresses for the beds are needed in the near future. The apartments need a little bit of love: new paint, bed linen and thorough cleaning would make them look much nicer.

Perfect location for visiting Kotor

Sandra and Toni are great hosts. We arrived an hour early but they made us coffee whilst we waited on the balcony. Fabulous view of the bay from the property. 25 mins walk to Old Town. Path to property is a little steep but not too bad. Room had tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Highly recommended.

The staff (family) is very friendly and helps wherever they can. You should definitely eat dinner there, you will get a delicious, local food!

The location is not far from bus station. Old town is 20min walk away. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean. AC works well. View from shared terrace is lovely.

They have mentioned shared kitchen in their property description and private kitchen in room description. The room has refrigerator, electric kettle and cups. On asking about the kitchen (because of which I booked for 5nights to be able to cook for myself), the host said we don't have any kitchen, we didn't mention it. This was extremely disappointing.

A health and safety nightmare. V. Poor, No where near as advertised and described on your site.

Nothing. It was as far from as advertised on your site as it's possible to be. This property and host should be wiped from your site because it detracts from the ains and functio of your site.

Everything. Total nightmare finding the location at 2:00 AM because the actual address does not compute on a Sat Nav. It was impossible to lock the door and I had to get angry with the host to get it fixed. The place was a health and safety nightmare. Bare electrical cables poking out of the bathroom wall for God's Sake!!!!!!! A 1.5 meter drop from the car park / terrace onto a weed infested garden with no barriers whatsoever to prevent an accidental fall onto the garden below and no lights on a night so you couldn't see the edge Bits of rusty pipes sticking out of the car park ' terrace that you couldn't see in the dark and had to navigate round for fear of tripping up. The room was supposed to to be around 36 m2. The bedroom contained 2 single beds pushed together which took up 99% of the room. The v. small wardrobe was not sufficient for 1 person never mind the 3 people for whom the room was advertised. No table or chairs in the room to sit and eat off so you had to go outside and suffer 35 degs of heat to eat any food. and there was no space for them if there was because the host was using the main room to store old beds, mattresses and junk The kitchen was squeezed into what was originally a narrow corridor, at the end of which was the bathroom. One had to breath in and shuffle sideways to pass between the kitchen and the wall to reach the bathroom.
