Stunning beachfront stay with wonderful hosts

A beautiful beachfront apartment with stunning views. We really appreciated having the option to enjoy a lovely breakfast. The hosts were fantastic — very welcoming and genuinely hospitable

The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t working; otherwise, we would have happily extended our stay and stayed longer

The best place we stayed on our trip.

Phenomenal and very kind staff. Super helpful. We enjoyed the most amazing location by staying at this hotel. We even got to swim in the beautiful water right in front of our room! We had a quick snack at the restaurant, and it was amazing, so we ended up going back for supper, which was our favorite meal of the whole trip. Breakfast was excellent, and everything was better than we hoped. We will definitely be going back again soon!

We couldn't get the wifi to work, but we didn't need it. The staff would've been happy to help if we had just asked.

Unsatisfactory

Friendly staff and overlooking the bay

We were very disappointment as AC was not working properly, single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and on turning made crackling noises. Double bed fitted sheet did not cover the mattress. The bathroom door lock was broken so was the shower head wall holder. The shower tray was uncleaned and had mold around and heavy on corners of the tray. Water was not draining well and when showering it leaked out from the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom was so tiny thus it was hard to move around. Breakfast has very little choices for vegetarians, no yogurt or fruit we're there. No choices on cereal so we did not enjoy it. We raised our compliant with the manager and the owner came round and did nothing and the outcome was very unsatsfactory. On returning back to UK we raised our concern with the Booking. Com and it's under investigation. Further it was over pricy and had to pay for 2 nights stay upfront and no option were there to see the room beforehand.

Very disappointing stay

The only positive experience came from the friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant — especially the guys from Serbia, who were always smiling and welcoming. They made a real difference.

The accommodation was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. There were no real facilities, despite what was promised. Communication was poor and often misleading. The host was unkind and uncooperative — I requested a booking change in time, but it was refused without explanation. He even ignored the booking platform’s staff who tried to contact him. I ended up leaving early, even though I had paid for the entire stay, just to find a better place and actually enjoy the rest of my trip. Definitely not recommended.

Worth it!

The view was: wow! You can see the sea by your window and also you can swim nearby. You can eat there, cuz they have also a restaurant. The food was great and the staff was very kind, welcomeing and carring. They have AC.

The parking place was limited. They dont have a private parking, but u can park nearby, if u are lucky. They have old furniture, but for us it isn t a problem.

A Lovely Seaside Stay

This hotel is beautifully located right by the sea, offering stunning views. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Breakfast is served à la carte, allowing you to choose one dish from the menu. The restaurant has tables right by the water, with a view of the mountains. The hotel is in the same building as the restaurant, making it very convenient. You can also swim in the sea directly from the hotel.

Terrible place, no one should stay here

This place if properly managed could be great but the management is terrible

The room was not well heated in winter and was cold and very uncomfortable. Another guest also complained about this. But even after that they still did not provide an additional heater for the second night. They also don't service the room. Basically they don't care about their customers.

Really good food with beautiful views over Kotor bay.

The staff were brilliant with a good sense of humour and very helpful. The absolute stand out was the food - the restaurant was very busy, with both locals and tourists, for good reason. The small private beach was nice, small pebbles with steps down into the sea.

The room was a bit disappointing; it wasn't an apartment, just a small 'travelodge' type room and the bathroom smelled a bit musty. It was clean however.

Wonderful place with a unique atmosphere. Ideal for your weekend stay in the Bay of Kotor!

Awesome location just in front of the Kotor Bay shoreline. Spacious and comfortable room with high ceiling. A private beach and a fabulous table service breakfast in the cafe next door, with a relaxing live music playing late in the evening.

The dedicated parking across the street was all occupied when we arrived, so we had to wait for a couple of hours until there was a free slot.

A magical place!

The location is fabulous, right on the seafront. The room is cozy and clean and the terrace and restaurant are magical. The food is even better than in Kotor, and they have the best grilled octopus ever. The staff is super friendly and relaxed and we had a magical time there.

Not happy with the choice, I will not recommend

The view from the terrace is awesome and the water is great. Breakfast was a la Carte, very good. Free parking place near accommodation (if it's full, they will make space for your car).

The rooms needs a renovation, are not cosy at all. The bathroom is even worst compared with the pictures, not clean enough, very small and with reparations needed: the door of the shower, the toilet cover, etc. Too expensive for the offered facilities - I will not come again here. The personnel is not attentive to details, we never felt more strange in a location due to personnel style and attitude - if you want something you need to go straight to them, otherwise nobody will pay attention to you (except second shift with two nice waiters).

because I could not reach the facility in any way, I could not reach the facility by e-mail or phone, I sent an e-mail to the facility and they did not respond. When I went to the hotel Iper facility, which was my previous reservation, he said there is a problem in the system, and the reservation is not visible to us, and the hotel did not accept us, so we paid a difference of 30 € and stayed in another hotel, I tried to contact the hotel to avoid the same problem, but there was no return, so I did not go to the facility.

accomodation was brilliant room was very cosy, hydromassage bathtub was epic ;) view from the window over Kotors bay is priceless🙂 money well spent ! included breakfast was tasty & huge ( meal, bread butter honey as starters cold drink and hit drink included!)

cannot complain about really but if i need to be picky, if you are located on first floor above the restaurant you might find room a bit noisy due to buzz in below restaurant (earplugs for someone with shallow sleep are mandatory) :) no kitchenwere either.

Exceptional

Very nice stay in off-peak season. You can see the sea view from the room. Each room contains a kitchen with a big fridge! The bathroom is super clean. Free breakfast is very big potion!

Amazing views, delicious breakfast, the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Stuff is very friendly, room is clean, no problem with hot water, there is everything what you need. Thank you!
