The beds were so comfortable, clean, killer views!!!

The host is an amazing person who thought of everything for us! She made our staff comfortable and smooth.

A bit hard to get to ( up a narrow road) but marjana - hostess- met us in town and rode with us, guiding us to the place. She made it easier.

Beautiful view and a very kind host

The view was amazing and the host is so lovely! Despite the language barrier we felt very welcome. The area is stunning and it is just a short walk to a bakery and some restaurants.

The drive up to and down from the property is very steep!

not what i expected

I liked the view, truly it is spectacular, and it was peaceful and there was parking for my car.

I was given a "room" with a bed and two end tables. no sofa, chair or table to sit at. i had to eat my dinner sitting on the bed since there's no place to sit inside. i was expecting an apartment that matched the photos with sofa, kitchen, table and chairs, etc. it's also called "Apartment Mirjana". not "Rooms Mirjana" so naturally you expect an apartment. the host said i booked the wrong place as if there was a choice to make. but there was only one option available to choose when i booked. i think the host needs to update the photos to clarify "apartment photos" and "room photos". the photos were not separated correctly i guess.

Pleasant stay at a value for money place, with an exceptional view.

The view was beautiful and definitely worth the trip. This side of kotor is more secluded however, more difficult to travel. I would recommend taking your own car but taxi can also take you. The 2 beaches we visited were quite nice

There weren't really any facilities, which was okay for us, but if thats important to you, just to be aware of.

Lovely!

Mirjana is a great host! So nice and welcoming and helpful! We liked the apartment a lot, it's nice and clean. And there is a wonderful view at the bay from the terrace. It's up the hill, so you have to walk down to the sea and to the cafes and shops but that isn't a very log walk:)

Comfortable place with a breath taking view.

Our place was thoroughly cleaned & carefully managed. Beds were really soft & good amount of space for 2 families with child. Kitchenware & toiletries were good & ample enough. The view from the balcony is breath taking. It was so surreal which can’t be expressed in words. Completely safe to stay.

Driving to & from the property was hassle especially when you are not the regular driver of that area. The property is bit inside from the main road & the roads r bit uphill. Also, the railing around the balcony is not very safest especially when you are going with 2-3 years old.

BEST view in Kotor

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Mirjana was a lovely host who lives downstairs and provided us with fresh fruit, sweets and soda water. Free parking. It's a 4km drive to Kotor town along a windy, narrow road. Definitely recommend staying here.

The Location was a perfect, just the way to go up a little bit steep but it doesnt matter because the Apartment was great. Mirjana is one of the best people i ever met, so kind and gentle. Loved her from the begining. I would recomend her place and i hope to go back again there.

A large apartment with a unique view of Kotor bay, near the sea. Simply the best!

This is a spacious apartment with a glorious view of Kotor bay. Away from the traffic and noise of Kotor, but close enough to easily visit the town. Really nice beach right down the road, our kids loved it!

We had a very lovely staying at the Mirjana apartment. The apartment is ideally located 5 minutes walking from the front sea and the view from the terrace is amazing. The apartment is confortable and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended !

Scenery is great, location is a bit complicated but owners helps you to find it. They do not know English but they are super nice people. With google translation it is easy to communicate. They are pretty helpful too.

The host was amazing, she was so welcoming and always helpful! We booked out accidentally too early (mixed up the dates), and she had already cleaned the house when we came back tail between out legs and she welcomed us back without any problems. The location was kinda far from the centre of Kotor, but we had a car so there was no problem. But there is sea everywhere, so it takes like 2 minutes to walk from the apartment to swim in the Kotor bay, you can also book speed boat tours close by. Aparment itself was really clean and had A/C, which was very welcome. The balcony had really nice view and was very spacious. I highly recommend Apartment Mirjana!

Apartment has a big balcony and a great view. We enjoyed our time with a cup of coffee in the morning in this balcony.

Apartmani Mirjana made our holidays just perfect

When planning our stay in Kotor Bay I did not realise how perfect it was going to be and it was all thanks to Mirjana. I am so glad that we decided to stay a little bit away from Kotors' noise and hustle in a small place called Prcanj. When we get to the place we were cordially welcomed by our hosts who did not spare a moment to show us their hospitality. Mirjana explained every detail about the apartment and gave us a few tips on where to go shopping for groceries. The apartamani is situated on a steep hill right by the Kotor Bay, so during our stay we could enjoy an amazing view and observe huge cruisers slowly sailing towards Kotor. The shops and restaurants are conveniently close at a walking distance and Kotors' Old Town is only 10 min. away driving. Thank you Mirjana we will definately come back!

Our stay was a dream

Literally everything! The apartment itself is great, big, comfortable and has stunning views. Although it's not located that close to the old town, I couldn't recommend this area enough. It was a great surprise and I wouldn't change it for anywhere else. It is very charming and quiet. Great for a swim, kayaking or breakfast with an amazing view just down the street. Also, Mirijana is the best hostess I have ever met. She is very kind, cheerful, a really special person. I will miss this place so much and can't wait to go back!

Apartment is located 2 walking minutes from the nearest swimming place. You have an amazing view to Kotor bay from the balcony and it is peaceful. 15 driving minites from Kotor city. Also you have few restaurants and cafes near by. The owner was really lovely and helpful. We felt really welcomed there. Highly recommend to stay here.

Amazing view, lovely lady host

The view is five star amazing from this apartment! You can see the limestone on the opposite bay side and you’re on the lush green forest side. Located on the foot of the mountain, it is quite a steep climb to get to the apartment and usually by the time I got there, I was so out of breath, haha! I was glad that I chose to stay in Prčanj than other area as it is a much peaceful and less crowded area. There are good restaurants, bakery, convenient store and post office nearby the apartment. Mirjana is a nice host and she and her family lives on the lower floors.

The toilet and bathroom is clean but there is a smell from the sewage and it is really bad. The address on their page is incorrect. I was asked to wait at other location and Mirjana’s son came to pick me up. I don’t understand why it would be difficult for them to just update the address in their site or just send us the address directly. So my first impression, this was a bit weird. But in the end it was all good. Like I said, Mirjana is a nice person and so is her family.

Perfect stay in the quiet neighbourhood of Prcanj

I had an amazing stay at Appartment Mirjana and wish I would have booked more than only one night. The appartment is perfectly located on a little hill. Only a few steps down to reach the beach. There are many nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. You can also find a supermarket, post office and the bus station close by. I prefered Prcanj over the overcrowded Kotor. The flat is super spacious and comes with everything you need. I really appreciated that there were some bottles of shampoo and shower gel which previous guests have left behind. Since I only travel with hand luggage, these things are great for me to have. One of the highlights is certainly the view! I spent most of my time outside, looking at the bay. It is super quiet around the flat, since it is not really located near any big road. I acutally woke up hearing the birds. Konstantina is a super nice host. Unfortunately I had some transportation issues and since I had no internet on arrival communication was a bit difficult for me. She was meant to pick me up at a nearby restaurant but due to missing connection I could not keep her posted about my whereabouts and she waited an endless time for me. She left and made sure, people knew of my arrival. So when I finally made it to the appartment she had people call her and had someone coming for me. She gave me a nice welcome and a hug when I left. I hope to come back another day with more time! It is such a great value!

Everything was perfect. I wish I could speak Montenegran and have talked to Konstantina a bit more. However, we used google translator and communication worked out anyway

Wonderful

Mirjana is a wonderful host and a kind person. She picked us up from a restaurant near the apartment and cared for us all the time. The apartment is located next to Kotor bay and has an amazing view, you can see the mountains and the bay. The balcony is stunning, the apartment is clean and we had a kitchen, an living room and it really felt like home. I really recommend everyone to go to this magical place. Thank you Mirjana for everything !
