Well kept hidden gem

Great place. Great pool. Well maintained. Relaxed spot within walking distance of the beach. Helpful host.

The hosts or co-owners smoke indoors, and in room 4 you can smell cigarette smoke due to a connecting door. I personally dislike cigarette smoke, but that’s a matter of preference.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. The owners were great, and always available if we needed anything. The backyard is so well kept and the pool super clean and always open for a dip. The room was also very clean, we had everything we needed available (fridge, stove, sink, etc…) and a nice little balcony to relax on in the evening and dry our swimsuits and towels. The beach is not too far away to walk and easily accessible with a car as well and not too expensive parking. Many grocery stores nearby.

Cool and chill stay in Herceg Novi / Baosici

Ana and her parents were very helpful at the residence. Everything was like the pictures, no bad surprises. The flat is not on the main road, so it is quiet and the view is super nice.

You cannot really walk to the beach from the flat if you have trouble to walk or with young kids, It is better to use a car or a taxi. Except that, everything was nice.

Very nice accommodation on a perfect place

Very nice accommodation! Well equipped appartment. Everything is clean in and around the house. The owners do everything to let you feel comfortable. Nice view on the bay of Kotor and on the surrounding mountains. It is a quiet place but in a walk of 15 minutes you are at the boulevard with restaurants and beach. The swimming pool is a great plus for this accommodation. The pool looks quit new and is well maintained. I will certainly recommend this accommodation to others!

The aircondition unit on the balcony is noisy.

Lovely stay with a very nice family! We loved this apartment and the pool area was brilliant. Amazing views from our balcony also. The family were very accommodating and caring. Thankyou

З апартаментів відкривається дуже гарний вид на море і на гори , чудова природа навкруги . Поряд чудові затишні пляжі , до моря пішки хвилин 12 . Поряд продуктовий магазин і магазин , де готують мʼясо на замовлення . В 10 кроках від апартаментів знаходиться дім-музей капітана Штумбергера . В номері чисто і охайно . Дуже приємні хазяї , завжди на звʼязку. За будинком гарний двір з басейном, апельсиновим садом і зоною для барбекю.

Séjour parfait ď

Belle pièce de vie, tres confortable, propre et spacieuse pour 2. Vu du balcon où nous prenions le petit déjeuner tous les matins splendides. Anna et ses parents sont aimables et attentionnés. Le jardin et la piscine sont splendides. Il y a tous ce qui faut pour faire un barbecue et déjeuner ou dîner au bord de la piscine. L'endroit est parfait pour visiter les bouches de kotor en évitant les problemes de circulation. Il faut une heure environ également pour rejoindre Dubrovnik. En résumé séjour parfait.

Swietne miejsce do spędzenia czasu z rodziną w miłej atmosferze

Bardzo mili gospodarze, do tego stopnia , że czuliśmy się jak we własnym domu. (Gospodyni przyniosła nam do pokoju świeżo upieczone ciasto). Apartament był idealny dla 4 osób. Basen również wystarczający na pełną obsadę domu. Widok z balkonu na zatokę kotorską. Wszędzie wyjątkowo czysto. Blisko do plaży i do sklepu. Bardzo łatwy kontakt w języku angielskim, a i po Polsku z odrobiną pomocy translatora dało się dogadać. Pani pomocna przy organizacji wycieczek. Nie mogę się doczekać na kolejny wyjazd i bardzo prawdopodobne, że znowu skorzystam z tego apartamentu.

Vi blev inviteret indenfor i et varmt og indbydende lille hjem, hvor nærhed og god service blev vægtet højt. Hotellet er lille, roligt og idyllisk - helt perfekt til en summer get away med plads til både afslapning, smukke omgivelser og fede aktiviteter inden for rækkevidde. Værtinden var super venlig og stod altid til rådighed til at hjælpe og gav os rigtig mange gode råd til oplevelser og spisesteder i området. Vi følte os helt bestemt som en del af familien.

Vi har ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Alt var super godt.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub mit allem, was dazugehört.

Tolles, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sehr schönem Pool zum Erholen. Ana und ihre Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich und man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere gute und einladende Restaurants direkt am Meer, die man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Mit dem Auto ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen und Strandbesuche. Die Kombination aus Berglandschaft und Meer ist überragend.

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen.Sehr nette Besitzer. Nicht aufdringlich aber trotzdem um unser Wohl bemüht. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein sehr leckere Bäckerei.

Smeštaj je bio fenomenalan. Sve čisto, uredno, opremljeno s ukusom, tako da se posetilac oseća prijatno i kao kod kuće. Posebno mi se dopalo što je kuhinja u potpunosti opremljena, tako da možete samostalno pripremati hranu, i ostati tu mesecima. Najbliža prodavnica je peške udaljena oko 500 m nizbrdo, a do plaže ima još oko 400 m.
