The location is perfect. Very close to one of the old town gates. We could turn back to our place any time during the day when needed. Its a central but quiet place at the same time. 5mins walking to Kamelija Shopping Center (where you get on the Perast buses) and 10-15 mins walking to Kotor bus station.
And the host himself! Sacha is a very nice person. He was eager to help us for anything. He briefly introduced us the city and gave us very usefull info even while driving us to the hotel. I didnt have any difficulty to reach him before and during our stay, It felt like as long as he is there Im safe :) We thank him and his family for everything. Highly recommended.
The bed sheets and blankets can be renewed. The quilt was old and didnt have any cover, so we hesitated to use it but it was very cold at night so we had no choice. We had requested an additional blanket, it was left on the bed when we return to our room (which is very nice) but it didnt have a cover too. It didnt feel clean or comfortable to me but I used it anyway.

The location is great. It was clean. The bathroom is newly refurbished. Wifi is really good.
There is a small table in the apartment, but not a single chair provided. A small wardrobe with no hangers to hang your clothes. No TV although it was listed in the description. The glasses and cups are all different size and shape. They showed me a terrace that I could use, but it was more like a storage. Two old matreses, old coocker... were left on the terrace. There are many very steep steps to climb to get to the apartment. Bad smell from the sink. You can hear the music from the nearby pub until 2 am although the window is closed.
