Drury Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport Settlers Ridge

It was close to everything. Ample parking lot. Convenient location.

The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. The happy hour was busy yet the staff jumped in to help each other to keep things stocked at all times.

Nothing. Just wish it had some restaurants walking distance. Definitely not the hotels fault.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks in large part to two exceptional employees, Tracy and Dana. Tracy assisted me at check in and immediately made me feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely valued as a guest. Her warmth and kindness set such a positive tone for my entire visit. Dana assisted me during breakfast and went above and beyond when I explained that I have a butter allergy. She went to the back, brought out the entire egg carton, and carefully read through the ingredients with me to make sure I could eat safely. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. Exceptional service is about more than simply doing a job. It is about how you make people feel and I truly appreciate them both.

My one critique would be about the loudness of the doors within the room. The closet and bathroom doors were loud when opened and closed.

Everything they offer is very nice

I was there to check in before my husband at 6 he was just getting off work and gonna meet me and his kids and they would t let me check in without him since the card paying for the night was in his room and he wasn't with us so I had to leave and come back when he got off work which made me miss the kickback and drinks and everything that was offered only until 7 when we asked if there was anything they can do since we missed some of the stuff that should of been included they didn't want to help at all or give a discount or another night or anything for then trouble so we paid over 250 for one night and just got the pool and breakfast and I could of went anywhere for that we wanted the kickback drinks and hot tub and that's why we chose the drury in the first place
