Just a little disappointed

It was ok at least it was clean and the staff was excellent

I reported the phones in the room did not work there was no microwave in the room and my granddaughter had to take a shower in cold water as there was no hot water they stated they would remove the charge for parking from my bill but they did not

Neither one of us were able to sleep due to the itchy sheets

The staff were helpful, the room was big and had a couch and a refrigerator.

The sheets were awful, incredibly itchy, and neither one of us were able to sleep. If we had booked more than one night, we definitely would’ve complained about the sheets.

Sink faucet leaked. No hot water in the morning for a shower. There was an odd humming noise all night. Breakfast did not have any sleeves for coffee and no half and half remained.

Overall perfect for what we needed

Beds comfortable - clean all over - breakfast was good.

That we had to pay for parking when paying to stay there. Our room window was right by 2 toads that were semi busy and you could hear that noise.

Really liked the staff and the bed was extremely comfortable. Best breakfast so far in the hotels.

Breakfast was amazing. Food was hot and fresh. Beverages were good. Room was cozy and quiet.

There was a hole and crack in one of the walls from the bathroom door being slammed into it. Didn't like that there was no snack shop to really choose from to take to the room or essentials to look at if needed.

The room was like a sauna even with the heat turned off. The vent in the bathroom made a loud noise all night. We closed the bathroom door but it still was very loud and annoying.

Not good with COLD WATET

There was no hot water. My kids couldn’t even stand the cold shower . I’m sorry we are not use to that. At night it was cold when my oldest took a shower . I thought he was joking until I hopped my butt in there that morning. My boys couldn’t get a shower at all. I was upset and they said they can’t help Me because I went through booking what in the world .i paid $$$ Regardless

Smelled like dirty feet and did not go away. Made me uncomfortable that the room wasn’t clean and I slept for maybe 1.5 hours and left at 3:30am

This hotel served the needs for my family of 5 well

The included breakfast was good! On Friday morning they served eggs, fried potatoes, sausage,French toast sticks, yogurt, fruit, cereals and breads. The room was spacious & the bed was really comfortable.

Some of the furnishings were well worn & our refrigerator wouldn't shut.

the staff was very kind and helpful. No issues with any of the utilities in the room, everything worked perfect without a hitch. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room. we were very happy to stay here and absolutely would again. It was also right down the road from the AE stage which is why we were coming into town. All around, it was a wonderful stay and trip to Pittsburgh!

room was a little expensive, but worth every penny, the view was just of the parking garage, which is also understandable as we were in the middle of the city. There really wasn't anything that we walked away upset about. All around a fantastic experience.
