Good location

When we were about to go to bed, my fiancee pulled the covers down and discovered that they were wet. A quick check determined that all the covers from top down to the mattress were wet, as if someone had poured a bottle of water on the bed. We stripped the bed and tried to put on the extra set from the closet. These didn’t fit, as the night clerk suggested they were for the fold-out bed, but to be honest, the fitted sheet that had already been on the bed didn’t fit either and was already about to come off at the top. My fiancee put down a towel and an additional layer of bedclothes to keep from sleeping on a giant wet spot. We didn’t want to move rooms because we had already unpacked, and had an early departure for a surgical appointment the next day. And it was late so we didn’t expect anyone else to come by to change the sheets—especially since the mattress was already wet. Sadly, this is the kind of thing I have come to expect from this hotel. Our first stay was great—the perfect location for a surgery at Presbyterian Hospital. But each subsequent stay has been marred by one problem or another; the last room had a urine smell in the bathroom, and the rooms never seem to be adequately cleaned. My email to the assistant general manager got the response: “I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with us” and “we appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention and we will keep an eye on the room.” Don’t want my future business? Guess not! A wonderfully convenient hotel has turned into a place not worth the money or a future thought.

Coffee was ok. Breakfast was just OK.

Room stunk like body odor. Floor was sticky and dirty. Had the hotel staff clean floor, but as soon as you got out of the shower and looked at your feet you could see the dirt coming off the floor. Wifes pillow had a stain on it. This hotel is not worth the money.

Easy access to parking. The suite was perfect and had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding.

The caulking in the walk in shower needs to be redone…it was moldy looking.

It was a comfortable stay and located very centrally. I was able to walk pretty much anywhere I needed to go

Our room could definitely use some updating. Phone didn’t work, so when we needed toilet paper we had to go to front desk for it. Maid service consisted of 2 towels that looked old and worn out for a 4 person room. Beds were not made which was not a big deal. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, so it didn’t hold the paper. Flooring in bathroom was peeling off the wall, tub looked rusty. Only one elevator in service.

Location, free breakfast size of the room was nice. The bathroom was very clean. The kitchenette would be handy for anyone staying more than one night, but we did not use it.

Pull out sofa bed was totally disgusting. The mattress had no sheets on it, and the mattress was stained with urine on one side and huge black spots on the other. Needless to say we did not use it but we needed to. We had an add an extra child into one of the small beds Rather than having two queen beds in one room which most hotels do these were only two double beds extremely small.

I M a Titanium elite for life. I very rarely complain. There was an issue with the parking. Getting into the parking garage was bad enough, BUT, people would park across from the entrance, and limited you getting in. The could EASILY put up a no parking sign, but the staff said the mgmt would not let them do it. DUMB! It was a major inconvenience having to wait over an HOUR before I could get in the garage with my truck. I would like a refund!1

The location was perfect

The gym, the breakfast bar was good. The lobby staff was great besides having trouble finding my already paid for reservation. It was clean downstairs.

Toilet in room was clogged when we got there. Mysterious brown goop on extra comforter from closet. Pullout bed was wayyy to thin. Only 1 elevator was working so wait times for the elevator was long. Way to much chlorine in the pool.

Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The exercise room was well equipped and not too busy.

The parking was a bit of a challenge. Despite having a parking pass, upon return to the hotel there were no parking spaces available. I had to park in a handicapped spot and informed the staff of what I was required to do. They stated this "happens." The "pool" is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool...

The room was cozy and clean. I had several good nights of sleep. Everything worked as expected—or even better (e.g., the Wi-Fi). The staff were very friendly and supportive, helping with things like storing my bags after checkout and answering any questions I had.

The view from my room—facing another building—wasn't great, and the breakfast was underwhelming. But to be fair, breakfast in the U.S. generally doesn't compare well to what's offered in many European or Asian countries, so there were no surprises there.

Very new and modern interior. Spacious rooms with a kitchen. Breakfast included. Across the street from UPMC Magee hospital. Parking is relatively cheap but has limited spaces.

No dining options in or close to the hotel. The apartment is spacious and modern but has little comfort. No hotel bar so you are mostly confined to your room. Breakfast is free but not great.
