Corey at the front desk was so diligent, thorough, professional, accommodating, helpful, and caring. The hotel was brand new after being renovated from being a housing facility for Pittsburgh University. There was clean up to do; however, I was so grateful for a spacious, perfectly cool temperature, new firm mattress, easy parking, short walk to campus, and a wonderful breakfast.
I would have appreciated a make-up dark towel and hot chocolate packets at the coffee station…but, really my stay was wonderful. No complaints!
