The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was awesome, we could walk everywhere. They provided a pizza vendor after the concert that I thought was very thoughtful.
Our room was very hot.

The location
Tried to pay cash for valet and they had no change and did t offer to try and get any. Then I tried to buy something from the gift shop also they had no change and the manager wasn’t in the building but I could go to the bar and get change but they couldn’t and I went to get my car from valet and they never showed up for work and the front desk couldn’t do anything so I had to wait over an hour to get my car which made me late. They was not one apology just told me it wasn’t part of the hotel they lease the work out. No accountability

No one sent me to where valet was . Paid for booking online , understood card on file as well . I have been charged 240 additionally and still not refunded for the room . Breakfast does not start until 7 am , I paid extra fo this and never got breakfast . Our room was very nice however the outside noise was very loud into the room. Requested a crib ended up not being in the room , called for it , brought a pack and play . Specifically needed a crib . No sheets brought with it . Bathroom linens only enough for one person .

Bathtub was little bit dirty ,but otherwise room was very clean ,there was like lot of grimy stains in a tub.

Delicious food, buffet excellent. Waiters superb and very friendly. Cook like family., dish to our taste.
Superb clean eating areas.
Nice cosy spots all around.
Lobby like warm home make you forget sorrows. Came with emotional traumas, the place mainly the front itself got me healed. Walking round the building with its good vibes brought me back my strength. The church infront the hotel is very inspiring like the light against the darkness of life. Marriott itself has been like my healing centre with the place itself, the staff mean the girls at front desk like angels. Feel like home here, everyone ever ready to help and good guidance as what to do or visit around. I was very right to choose this hotel.
There is nothing that i did not like, everything was perfect.

Great location to PPG Paints Arena and the 1.5-mile walk to Acrisure Stadium on a pleasant autumn day was nice, too.
Shower facilities seemed outdated and could stand a refresh.

The location.
They made us park for event parking $40 even tho we weren’t attending the event!! Our room toilet continued to run, the sink was clogged, the room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t come on just the fan is the only thing we could change. We went down for breakfast at 10 and they don’t even start serving it till 11!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy to navigate around the facility. The valet parking was excellent. Restaurant was also very good. facility was very clean.
Some deferred maintenance. Wallpaper peeling on wall beside bed. Hot water was "hit or miss" depending on time of day. Had to wait a lot for hot water.

The hotel is in downtown, walking distance from chatham, mercy, and duquesne. THe front desk staff are very nice. the rooms are big. i am not sure there are any other advantages. i did not eat in the restaurant.
parking is $40 a night if. you self park and $50 a night for the valet. and the valet expects to be tipped on top of that. There is nothing special about the room. i do not think there is value for money in this hotel. The free coffee in the room and at breakfast does not taste good. and $25 for breakfast is absurd.

I was on he 18th floor, so the view was beautiful especially after dark.
I am not sure if the carpets had recently been cleaned, but after walking around for about an hour my slippers were wet. I used the dryer to dry them, but again after walking around they were wet again. I ended up wearing my shoes.

Everything was wonderful. The front staff were amazing, and I think the girls name starts with an "X" Xiana? SHE'S AMAZING. So friendly, so personable. It was so busy trying to get everyone in their rooms and she was just there, talking making everyone feel welcome. What a saint. I do believe this was the first time we stayed at this hotel we frequent Pittsburgh a lot for concerts and it was one of the nicest ones we've ever been to.
I feel like there's not a whole lot I could complain about and even if there is I don't think it has much to do with the hotel itself or the staff.

the hospitality greeter named Des was amazing! she couldn't have been any more helpful, and treated us like royalty! Her personality and energy is contagious, and I found myself having a better day just because I met her!
the pillows in the bed were horrendous... absolutely flat, no support, even folded in half didn't help. Please Invest in new pillows!!!!!!

Children running up and down the hallway at night. The bathroom was small and could've been cleaner/newer. The room seemed old. No USB connections anywhere.

location was perfect for paints arena events. staff were friendly
Was not pleased that we could not get into our room until 6pm. When booking on an events weekend you'd think they'd over staff so things were ready. Having a full house cannot be rare for this location. Not getting let in when you pay to have access at 4pm is frustrating. Definitely should have offered everyone waiting at least a small discount. We traveled for hours and needed to get ready.

It was nice being next to the arena for the show we went to.
We were forced to Valet park because we had a big truck, so had to pay 50 for that ontop of the room already being close to 300. Then the Buffett at the restaurant for breakfast was very minimal for 22.50 a person, insane! I literally ate bacon and toast for 22.50!
