From the beginning the staff was great, explained everything clearly and after a long drive to Pittsburg I welcomed clarity , I was given 2 meal tickets, breakfast and dinner but I didn't get a chance to use, this was a very busy trip but I did like the set up. The location was great, downtown near shops and restaurants and a 15 minute drive to the football stadium.

The bedroom has a good space, good bathroom and is clean

My mattress was too soft. I’m not sure whether it needs to be replaced, but I didn’t find it comfortable. Another problem was the noise early in the morning. The rooms have very heavy doors, and every time someone in one of the rooms near mine left, the door would slam shut, making a huge noise. It was so loud that even the walls in my room would shake. Another point of attention is the parking if you go by car. The valet parking price is $40 per night and $20 for the self parking. The problem is the parking lot is far from hotel so I choose the valet that cost me $40 a day.
