Stay was very intimate and relaxing. I enjoyed all of the amenities and staff was exceptional.

I enjoyed the amenities that were provided at the hotel. I loved how I didn’t have to leave the hotel too much because everything was at my convenience.

Pool water seemed foggy. Not sure if it needed to be clean but all in all it was enjoyable.

Cleanliness & Great Bar staff.

Long check in process, staffing was not adequate. Broken elevator which caused a longer walk to access room. Phone in room was not working. Broken thermostat, extremely hot stifling and suffocating room that was not conducive for me being an asthmatic. Maintenance was called and all that could be done was a total shutoff of the system. Comfort was temporarily provided after arriving back late to our room to allow sleep, but awoke to a cold room because understanding was not clear to how to manually cut it back on. Reported my dissatisfaction at check out to which I was told due to this booking being a 3rd Party booking, I had to report it here! The room should not have been occupied!!!

Restaurant staff were not friendly and were reluctant to give us a table even though the restaurant was not busy, we had a child with us and were not able to sit at the bar with her. Soda glass was dirty and had a weird substance in it and waitress was rushing us out trying to get us to put the meal on our room after we confirmed with her twice we were going to pay the bill there. Overall lack of cleanliness in the room and restaurant. Staff were rude and not accommodating.

They ran out of wash cloths. My husband and I only had 1 wash cloth. I had to use the end of a towel to wash with. For the kind of money we paid to stay there it should have been enough wash cloths. Also the community microwave was dirty.

The pool was nice.

The breakfast food were messy , the omelette area had overflowing food. I stayed 2 nights. The first breakfast was fine. Second day , the omelette chef making it was not at the station. She was too busy replenishing the food. They should have more staff when they expect larger number of guests.

I like the location of the property as well as the pool and Jacuzzi area. Mitch was also great and the only one who gave us any details about the property.

The hotel was not clean. The room looked clean at first glance but there were a number of eye sores as well as stained decor. Dust/degree in the corners and bathroom were also not appealing. It would also be nice if they included breakfast with your stay or even a discount if you stay.

Disappointed

Front desk, restaurant and bistro staff were amazing. Great location.

The housekeeping staff were pretty rude minus a few. I got nasty looks if I walked past them in the hallways and even some of them would roll their eyes at me. Definitely not hospitable and made me very uncomfortable. The pool was cloudy and filthy. Our room was also not the cleanest. Very dusty. I've stayed at this hotel before and always loved it and loved how clean it was, it has gone downhill significantly sadly.

Beautiful Hotel, Nice Lobby area

I hesitate to bring this up, but given the price of $247.00 per night, I expected courteous service from the employees during breakfast. When we requested that one of the staff members remove the empty dishes from our table so we could continue enjoying the breakfast buffet, we received a dismissive look and an unpleasant attitude in response. Please consider providing better training for your employees. Thank you.

Some items falling apart like the soap bottle wasn’t installed properly and left to be on shelf. The plug on bathtub is missing and in the morning they run out of cold water, so that the shower running very hot. This is very strange for not being reported by the house keeper for breakage. I didn’t have time to let the hotel know. But after all it is good enough for us to go back the second time. This is just a constructive input.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel

I did not like the fact that my credit card was scanned multiple times throughout my stay. When I booked the reservations online, I did not add the fact that I was bringing my pet and I didn't have a problem with the one time pet fee but my card was scanned multiple times throughout my stay. So there was a hold of almost three thousand dollars on my credit card. It also would have been a nice add on to have a small fridge and a small microwave in the room.

Spacious, staff were friendly , location was perfect for family visits

The cleaning was hap hazard, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned toilet paper nearly ran out. Carpet overdue to be cleaned. Never got a door sign despite asking twice. Breakfast was good but cold as the heaters seemed to be off. In general there were running issues like the pool had debris not cleaned many of the issues were due to a lack of follow through. The egg used in the bistro was awful some sort of congealed sludge. TV,a were past their sell by date in the lounge .
