Nothing they were rude and it had roaches

They were rude it wasn’t clean it had roaches and the lied about it being a breakfast I had kids with me and they told I could only get 2 apples per room for breakfast I have more than 2 kids I also have pictures of the roach

I liked that we got a new room

I didn't like that they had roaches in rooms. I don't know how to go about it but I want a refund or some type of compensation for this. I and my 4 year old son had to sleep in a room infested with bugs bc "management" wasn't in until 9am, but then when 9am came. Management was Monday through Friday. This was by far the worst experience I've had in 5 years of using booking for my trips. I expect it to be compensated or I will no longer use this service for future bookings.

I was discriminated against during check in The guy who was in when I came to check in I have already put in my full experience in days inn website and google

The room was at the bottom floor and we could hear the people above us walking and talking late at night so couldn’t really sleep, the tub was clogged the water was very slow draining while in the shower, the toilet was dirty The facility is just old and the photos need to be updated in your website

The room was constantly cold. There was an apparatus under the tv that could have been a camera? No cups or glasses in the room. Desk clerk was typically on the phone when I needed to talk. Room keys had to be replaced everyday.

Good for a night- Could use a cleaning

I liked how convenient the late check-in was and how easy the process went. The room also had plenty of space, which made the stay more comfortable.

My stay was okay overall, but I did notice a few things that could be improved. There were some small stains on the sheets, which I didn’t bring up during my stay but still left me feeling uncomfortable. The shower light automatically turned on the vent, which was loud and a bit disruptive. Lastly, the windows could really use a good cleaning, as it took away from the view. With a few updates, this hotel could feel much more welcoming.

No elevator, had to carry luggage to 2nd floor, told staff about non working hair dryer, never fixed, bath tub had no grab rails, could easily slip

Dirty floors, spiders, and overall unprofessionalism from the staff made this an unpleasant stay.

Not much. They had a satisfactory fridge and microwave.

When I entered the room, I could clearly tell that the floors had not been cleaned properly, and was rather sticky. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the sheets had some stains on them. I had to kill at least three spiders during my stay, which did not make me feel like I was living in a clean environment. The front desk service was lackluster; check-in took longer than expected and there was no one at the front desk for an hour when we were checking out. No receipt was given. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences staying at a hotel for me, and I will be avoiding Days Inn from now on. Let me also add that there was absolutely no breakfast included, even though they state it is provided on the website.

WORST HOTEL EVER

Nothing at all wish I had at least one nice thing to say.

Staff was very rude & not helpful. Overcharged for multiple things. Nothing was clean. A/C did not work. Staff told me I would get. A new room this was at 4am had my friend & I pack up our things come all the way up to the front desk only to be told never mind I can’t switch you rooms. Worst hotel experience & I’ve traveled to many places.

Horrible

Nothing , We arrived checked in , we were given the 2nd floor . Only to find out no elevator was in the building . We were there for a youth hockey tournament , Tons of equipment . We also had no toiletries in the bathroom. Once we took showers we no longer received clean towels. We checked in on Friday and no towels the rest of our stay . Also went to get ice and was told the ice machine was broken and has been for a while . Would never recommend anyone to stay there .

Everything this hotel has no elevator, the ice machine was broken and never received clean towels once we showed Friday night and we left Monday morning. Never will I recommend this hotel to anyone ever .

Breakfast that was included, a bottle of juice, a small bottle of water, store bought muffin, and a plastic wrapped apple in a brown paper bag. Second day, a bottle of juice, small bottle of water, and an unwrapped apple in a brown paper bag. I guess they ran out of plastic wrap the second day. Vinyl plank floors in room were wet and slippery upon arrival. Entire property is not very clean. Pool closes at 830. Property is outdated and overpriced.

Worst stay I have ever experienced

Everything was terrible

The TV didn't work, the ice machine was broken, the toilet only flushed when it wanted, the building smelled of smoke and there was no breakfast. When I first got there there was a man yelling about the services and the state of his room demanding a refund which I thought was a bad sign but since I was from out of town on emergency I just stayed because there wasn't any other option other than to do so. Will never stay there again

Noisy Neighbors

Noisy neighbors. Went to the staff for help. They refused. When they eventually talk to our neighbors our neighbors left the TV on loud all night. They went into the hall and kept yelling haters. We asked for our money back for at least 1 night but no manager was on duty.

Room was clean and no foul odor .. nice ambience

Bathroom and room floor seemed sleepery and sticky. More importantly, hotel has no elevator at all. I had heavy bag and had to pull up to 2nd floor. Inspite of request to allocate ground floor room, receptionist did not provide.

The hair drier didn't work, the breakfast was a joke, a muffin and an orange juice, then the really bad part was missing proper anti slip protection on the wood made stairs for the second floor, wet when it rains. I was lucky not to fall when my foot slipped. In the room there is a small table by the tv cabinet, but no power outlets available at, or by the table for the laptop. I had to work with the laptop on the night stand between beds
