I know this hotel has been in the process of renovating the rooms but unfortunately I am still yet to get one of said rooms. Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Clean. Just they just need to finish these renos as the old rooms are outdated and run down. Overall, I’ll be back regardless though.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only bad experience was the elevator, seemed like only one was working and when everyone is trying to get down at the same time to head to the Steelers game it was a bit of a mess, i would say it took us about 10-15 mins.

The front desk was phenomenal… best assistant manager I’ve ever seen. We were charged twice for both of our rooms with no sight of making it right yet…

Had to switch rooms within an hour of being there because of noise and stains on carpet. Food at the restaurant was not good. I asked for no housekeeping when I got there and they still went in. My card kept getting wiped so I had to get a new card multiple times. Definitely didn’t feel like a Hilton.

This was a great stay until my mother fell in the lobby because the rug was buckled and she uses a cane. The staff was friendly, but it was a huge event there which caused parking to be at a minimum.

Room was very clean. Service was great, Mitchell was a great guy. Breakfast was criwded and limited menu because of a hockey tournament which made the breakfast not worth 18 bucks.

Loved staying here! The staff was super sweet and accommodating, and checking in and out was quick and easy. Great location especially if you’re spending time downtown. Absolutely the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in the pillows were amazingly soft the best sleep i’ve gotten in a while! Would 100% stay here again.
