The space (2 bed, big bathroom and huge living room with beautiful views) was amazing - can't beat the price to be walking distance from every thing downtown, PNC Park and Acrisure stadium (i never had to use the bus or lyft/uber). There's a 24/7 pizza place just across the street as well as a convenience store. I don't mind walking nor climbing stairs.. so the walk up and down the 4th floor is something to keep in mind. Otherwise, i deformity got more value than if i had stayed 2 min future down for double the price

Great communication on booking, deposit and access of property and room. Location is great to access downtown museums and many restaurants close by. The apartment and overall property was clean and well maintained. Wish i could have made use of kitchen more but my stay was short and too many options for eating out. Bedroom was quiet and comfy. Bathroom clean and neat. Helpful signs placed in areas with qr codes in case you need quick communication with staff and management. Nicely decorated rooms.

Arrived by Uber. Only one issue during my time in this room. My towels smelled sour. Like if they were washed. Allowed to sit and sour. Then dried anyway. As soon as i texted the issue, they were replaced. The size of the room, excellent. Ad says kitchenette. Full size refrigerator and a full size stove with oven. I was able to cook myself real meals.

i think you should specified the entrance it's on blvd of the allies and not on smithfield ! that's my only note. other than that the place is pretty nice , beautifully maintained and organized. thank you! I would definitely recommend~!

Originally, I missed the communications from Stay Pittsburgh because I did not have my notifications turned on however, once I got there, the property was super communicative and we were able to get checked in / registered within minutes and into our room. We were pleasantly surprised.

The fire alarm went off multiple times. We found out from the fire chief that this happens multiple times a week and has never communicated with people that stay there. Multiple people in the building had been locked out because their code hadn’t worked and had had issues with their room temperature not being set or not being with they expected. There were gunshots overnight right outside the building and drug deals going on across the street. We were also told by fireman staff to not come to the area as it is very unsafe and dangerous. We were directed to stay inside and lock our doors. I have tried to communicate with management about this issue and they have sent me back an automated text message each time, but they have sent to many other others in the buildings. I will never stay in a place like this again and do not recommend to anyone.

The stay was wonderful - the property is located within walking distance of the convention center and has a Target nearby as well as great restaurants. The area nearby can be a little noisy at night with loud cards driving by, but overall the property was well kept and the host's communication was quick and thorough. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Very wonderful and affordable place to stay while in Pittsburgh. We're moving to Pittsburgh and this was the perfect place to book while house hunting. Decor is subtle, apartment is clean and pretty much has everything you need for a long term stay. Communication is awesome and response is prompt.

It has a kitchenette, but no cookware. If a property has a kitchenette, it should at least provide a frying pan. Or be more specific in the listing so i could bring my own. I wanted to save money by making my own breakfast but couldn't do it. They also advertise quiet hours after 10 pm. But on the floor i was staying in someone decided to play loud rap music with their door open all night. What is the poiint of havinf quiet hours if they allow this to happen?

Convenient location for activities in the center of downtown, a short block from the Smithfield St Bridge. Full kitchen definitely a bonus. For a 5day stay, 1 bath towel was not adequate. No parking on site. Be aware that weekend prices are significantly higher than mid-week.

Returned to stay at the property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also parked at the Woods-Allies garage, which was cheaper and easier to get out of. One strange occurrence: I booked a room on the top floor and was given a different room on the first day of my stay without notice. Wasn’t a big deal, but thought it was odd.

Very clean, great staff, fully furnished. The price was very reasonable considering the downtown location. Parking is available all around including multiple parking garages. The lovely waterfront point park is only a few blocks away along w many other attractions. Very memorable stay and experience at Stay Pittsburgh.

Easy and free street parking from 6pm to 8am. Spacious. Clean bed and sheets. Very low water pressure. A usual 5 minute shower took me 15 minutes because i had to keep spinning in the shower to get my body wet/clean. Complaints went unaddressed. Towels were grey and smelling. Take your own. Couldn't use the kitchen because smoke alarm kept going off. No kitchen exhaust and gunk stuck on heating coil.

I was very happy with our apartment, it was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything you would need. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower.
