The room could have been cleaner. Location is a little difficult to find, but it is very close to downtown for the price. The main issue was the lack of staff. When I arrived, the person staffing the desk could not actually check me in; I slept in the room and checked in the next morning, but I couldn't get on the internet. In the early morning, there wasn't anyone behind the desk for a while. When there was, they weren't able to help me with getting on the internet easily. I travel for work, and I need internet access.

The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. There were burn marks in the carpet, on the chair, and on the sink from burning cigarettes. I wouldn't stay again. The staff however was very friendly.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed out. Liquid sprayed on the ceiling and not cleaned, broken, laminated, cheap furniture, no staff available in early morning or later evening hours. Trying to exchange small bath towels was a challenge. No coffee maker or anything to make a hot drink. Counter staff were rude and scolded me for trying to get clean towels. Staff allowed non handicapped guests to park in handicap spots because it was closer to the door. Staff were unwelcoming and only concerned with talking amongst themselves, did not greet guests. Would never stay at this location again and probably never at this chain.

Staff both evening and morning were friendly and efficient. The property inside hallways had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Room was a little worn, fridge very stained, weird. The beds are exceptionally tall (which is likely great for remaking), but hard to get into, and the side table is now too short.

The staff and mgr Emily was awesome. She did everything to accommodate me the best she could. And i seen some friendly faces with staff i used to wrk with at a different job. I felt very comfortable.

The property itself felt more lived in than a place to relax at. There was individuals loitering outside of the establishment. Entering the room, the burners were beyond used, rusted color. There was dirt and rust looking spots on the refrigerator. The drawer had a used napkin, along with other miscellaneous items. Tv stand missing a piece of wood. The bed covers had stains. It was late and I had a conference in the morning. I checked for bed bugs, which was clear and made sure the shower worked. I couldn’t possibly in good faith say I will stay at this property again. I also cannot say that I would recommend it to business associates. Very sad, because the staff was amazing. They were friendly and personable. The kind of customer service you would hope to receive when away from home.

The hotel manager tried to make things right with our stay but it seamed from the very beginning it was bad. we were seriously thinking of leaving and going to a different hotel across town but for some reason we stayed. We were told that we would get our room switched on Saturday but that never happen. Friday night wife was in the bathroom to find a roach on the floor that i killed. that was the only one we saw for the weekend. Also Friday night we had water leaking from our fridge and told them about it and was told that it will get fixed on Monday cause there is no Maintenace person there on the weekends.

Room was not cleaned. I stepped on a piece of glass which a small shard stuck in the bottom of my foot. It was very painful and cost me money yo have it removed and cleaned. The surrounding property is covered in trash. Very unfortunate stay.

What you would expect for an extended stay place. Nothing great. Nothing tooo terrible. Didn’t look the cleanest and some of the other guest were a bit sketchy but no one bothered us. There was only one room key left in the whole building but the front door lady was so nice and apologetic about it.

Room not ready at check in time, waited around 20-30mins because they were still “cleaning” and once I got the room was nasty! They didn’t took the trash out, nails on nightstands, dust everywhere, floor was dirty, smell was horrible, stains everywhere, you can hear people closing their doors very loud… I can keep going but overall WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
