The stay was not horrible but it was not ok or good.. just was convenient for the moment

The location was close by to alot of things.

From the outside, it looked great

We were there for 15 minutes. There’s no way we could’ve slept in that bed after driving for eight hours. Stuck in weather we got in pretty late was ready to just go to bed. We couldn’t everything was held together by Scotch tape. There was no knob on the bathroom mold in the shower no cord for the TV by the time we went down to let the receptionist know the gate was closed. There was no way to speak with. We then located another hotel room six minutes down the road left our keys in the room and left.

Affordable place that offered a place to sleep. If I wasn’t on a budget, I’d never have picked this.

It was cheap.

It was about what I expected from the reviews. A cheap place to stay with a bed to sleep in. Don’t expect much else. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were food stains in the carpet. The furniture was in rough shape. The bathroom was poorly designed. Pretty sure the sheets were discolored from continuous use and improper cleaning. The one day that I got up around the time breakfast was supposed to be served, I didn’t see any breakfast. And I didn’t see any kind of indicator that let you know there was breakfast or where it was located.

The location was optimal, that's about it.

- Carpets were stained - air conditioner leaked condensation all over floor - had to beg for items promised to be in room (blares, forks, spoons, etc) - trash was never emptied, nor was housekeeping ever seen. Also never got fresh towels - "Breakfast" was coffee and stale muffins.

A Good Resting Stay

The room was comfortable and clean. No smoking nor bedbugs. Personal were friendly. Small snacks for breakfast 😋 Just note, there's people living here, and have pets, but it's not a bad stay.

Just be aware there is no Ice machine.

I had very bad experience, I never stayed this type of hotel room so far in entire my life.

Bathroom faucet not working, shower water pressure is too low. Sync water not draining. We left without taking showing and without brushing. Room is so dirty we are unable to sleep.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel over a month pryer because we were moving our daughter into collage for her freshman yr. We drove 5 hours and showed up at 5:30 pm to check in ,after waiting at the counter for more then a 1/2 hour ( sign said be right back ) to find out they overbooked and our rooms were no longer available , this was collage move in weekend and every hotel was booked and by this point if there were availability it was the price of a used car . In addition, Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly rude, not only to us, but to other customers, that had issues with their room, she told one lady that was complaining that her room had smoke coming in her room from a vent to just go back to your room

Room was dirty, tv didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t stop running, hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the woman at the desk was nice but also had me go into dirty rooms that were being ozone treated to try to find my own replacement tv, I did not stay I packed my things up and left and will never return, 155$ for 1 night it should cost less then the econo lodge down the street

Hands down best hotel in the area. Emily the manager is exceptional and makes it seamless. When you hit the front desk for anything you might meet Debbie who is phenomenal and try’s her best to accommodate any request. No matter who you may encounter, they make this a home away from home, so if you have transitional needs or a work stay, you can rest assured that here at Carnegie, they understand and invest into your situation, you aren’t just a room number!

Location. Cleanliness.

The entire hotel smelled like weed. From the moment we walked into the door then into our room. We opened the windows and lowered the AC so it would continuously run while we were gone, hopefully pushing the smell out but no luck. The smell was so strong. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The beds were so uncomfortable as well.

Less than impressed

The room was not very clean. There was crumbs from previous guests and the room smelled of smoke. They clearly tried to air it out because the window was open and the fan was running upon arrival. The front desk lady was very nice, professional and fast. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like an air mattress and the 3 pillows we had were the most flat useless pillows I have ever had. We were also only provided a thin blanket. I know I could have called to ask for more but it felt a little pathetic to only receive that. The bathroom was also so small you could barely close the door and I did not see any breakfast besides a few granola bars. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and probably would not return.

Staff was courteous.

Very dirty room floor. Floor was very sticky, found a baby sock and baby toy block from previous guest at plain sight, and many dust bunnies. Centipede crawling around the table. Room had odd maybe mildew odor. Sheets and towels seemed clean. There’s not free breakfast as booking.com claims. There’s complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

It was absolutely disgusting. There was used towels in the bathroom. The carpet was pulling up from The floor. Furniture was missing pieces. The whole Entire hotel smelled like urine.

I’d stay here again and recommend to friends

Pet friendly, clean washer & dryer easily accessible (same floor) kitchenette. We on my needed a pet friendly place to lay our heads for one night. It had exactly everything we needed and close to the highway. It is no Ritz Carlton but for a reasonably priced pet friendly hotel, it was a nice place. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Very poor

The location is convenient however the hotel rooms and the amenities are sub optima and very poor. The rooms and carpets smell of smoke. The bathrooms and furnishings are very dated and are overdue for major renovation. For the price we paid, I would rate this place way below average. The breakfast that was included was not truly a breakfast. There was only coffee, tea, store, purchased, muffins, and energy bars. If you have a choice to say somewhere else I would ask you to explore that option instead of staying here.

Comfortable, peaceful, and straightforward.

The booking was easy. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and our stay easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds and a fold out couch.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. Our stay was pleasant and quiet, and a great value for the price.
