Location was great. Breakfast was good

We did not get a room make up for the 4 days we were there. I had to go to front desk to get fresh towels, coffee pods and creamer. Our beds were not made up this was not the case the last few times we stayed there

The room was very, very spacious and clean, and very comfortable. The room we ended up staying in was a very good bargain for what we paid and what we got. My wife and I can't wait to go back and stay again!!!

Excellent staff! Please tell woman running the breakfast: Great job! Two thumbs up. There was some sports event going on in town and the hotel was packed including breakfast in the morning. This woman never stopped: cleaning, fixing, answering questions and she was very very sweet

What I expected.

Everything

Front desk - young man- had zero personality. Said hello, took my card, handed me my keys and that was it. Didn’t explain anything g about the pool, gym, have a good stay, nothing. He looked like he didn’t want to be there. Woman in a room next to me said the same thing.

Below Average Stay

The hotel is fairly outside the Pittsburgh area, rooms are spacious but dated. Beds are just okay and washroom is also pretty dated.

The hotel has staff that are almost seems uninterested, the breakfast is abysmal, the staff wasn't there to help us with the sofa bed and the towels smelled. The hotel seemed pretty occupied so I would suggest a renovation.

Dissapointed

Spacious room.

Unfortunately, this stay was below most humble expectations. AC was noisy and turned off by itself, coffee machine was dirty, giving out disgusting black flakes of mold, fridge wasn't working properly and was rusty, with frost covered back wall , beds are hammock shaped and squeaky, Breakfast had only scraps at 8.30 and no refills were made, juices had too much water added and totally tasteless. I truly loved this hotel and hope service would be improved. And please tell housekeeping stop pouring water into lotion and shampoo bottles !
