Everything
Check out was 11 am. They called my room around 9-930 and asked me when I was checking out. I felt rushed and it really bugged me. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience because they had a group of people coming to check in which check in is at 3 anyways.

Smaller, clean, location nice with it being right outside of the downtown. Room was clean.
Walls are paper thin! We heard the water going through the pipes for the showers above us…it sounds like a waterfall. We also heard the people next to us all night long, from the TV to them talking.
