All in all would recommend to anyone looking to stay near downtown Pittsburgh area.

Room was very comfy and clean. Plenty of room for 3 people. Room was kept at a comfortable temperature, with no need to adjust. Loved the included breakfast. Didn't have a long enough stay to use the pool or gym amenities, but they seemed very well kept.

Small issue with some of the TV channels not working in the room, but could have just been an issue with the cable service in the area.

Affordable place close to everything

The pool was heated. Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable with us bringing extra pillows. We were a little early and he let us check in.

The pillows were tiny. Couch bed was so uncomfortable for my daughter that I had her crawl in bed with us in the AM.

In all I can’t complain! I’d definitely stay there again especially for the price!

Honestly I liked how it was not in downtown! I’m not from the area so it felt better being able to get to it easily. Also the check in and check was quick and efficient.

Scambelled eggs in breakfast were fantastic. Room was quite spacious for a couple, good light. Washroom were good. Parking was at back door, easily accessible to lobby & rooms. Drinking water with lemon was a very soothing,

When we arrived, our reservation hadn't been processed. This was a mistake by the booking website, not the hotel's fault. However, they quickly checked for available rooms and cleaned one for us immediately. Despite the rush, the room was incredibly clean. My child spilled water on the floor, and when I wiped it up with a tissue, the tissue was completely clean. This is proof that even the floor was perfectly cleaned. Amazing!

It might be unavoidable, but the smell of chlorine from the swimming pool reached all the way to the entrance.

An average hotel in a not very nice part of town - the staff don’t speak English very well

It was OK and acceptably clean , fairly quiet location

This hotel is SPECIFICALLY listed as a PET friendly hotel - ( the filter on your site ) We were traveling with our two dogs in very challenging weather . When we checked in , the receptionist told us. No dogs It was only me being very assertive that got Ian person to contact. Her manager and actually check on the app - at this point she let us stay with the dogs - this lack of attention to detail has real impact on people’s lives .

The facility is very clean, although the strong odor of pool chlorine is overpowering as you walk in the door. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was standard. The location is convenient for the traveler on our way to Ohio.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The location of local restaurants was not obvious to the traveler, especially in the evening, and there was nothing in the lobby or the rooms to provide information. Even though it was dinner time, the front desk staff didn't offer any information. When asked about delivery, she provided two flyers of local delivery places and did not think to mention that right behind the hotel was a BBQ place, which we saw in the morning light. Her whole attitude was perfunctory. The coffee at b'fast was really weak.

Great for a quick overnight place to rest not too far from downtown but with the ease of free parking.

Convenient location, free well-lit parking, clean linens and clean guest room and bathroom with the necessities (towels, soap, hair dryer)

While the room was clean, it had a little bit of an odd smell. Not bad, not mildewy or smoky or anything like that. I can’t describe it, but just upon entering…. A minor thing, really, but why I would say 8 out of 10. Carpet a bit faded. Maybe just a bit of sprucing up needed.

By far the best stay we have had recently and we have traveled a lot this year. The breakfast impressed us both. There was plenty of variety and was fresh. Again the best we have had recently. The room was clean and well cared for and the place did not have that hotel/motel smell. (I can't explain it, but it is something we notice as we travel) Very comfortable staff and quiet atmosphere to rest and recuperate from the road. Great job, everyone.

Not inside city. more privacy. could walk to Eat-n-Park safely.
