Location, ambiance, friendliness, space, cleanliness, and accommodating for the creamer for my coffee. I look forward to their redos of their back yard. I think it would be lovely to sit back there.
refrigerator is too small, water dispenser was dirty, If you are serving breakfast-I'd like a cooked breakfast. many of us can't eat cereal, even oatmeal.

- Very comfortable/cozy room for 2 people.
- The beds were supper comfortable
- The location was convenient to shops and restaurants at Bakery Square
- Wasn't much of a breakfast option, in the kitchenette, even for a continental breakfast.
- Parking was kind of difficult to find on the street, especially after a snow storm. We actually lucked up and found a spot right across the street from the house. Thank God.

Location for me. The men who ran it were very nice. Pretty stain glass windows. Has potential to be a much nicer bnb. They need help.
Bathroom was horrible, door got in the way of everything. Bed was too hard. Decor looks like they went to goodwill and just mix matched everything, dead plants too. Dangerous front steps, a real mess in the front.
