Great stay with only a complaint about a dog that barked.
Comfortable environment.
There was a small dog barking a few rooms down. It was annoying.

Will not be my first choice to stay here again. This is our second stay, and it’s only.
The location is great. Room a good size.
The room felt dirty. Bits of food under the sofa. Duvet was flimsy and felt cheap. Kitchen had not been properly restocked ( crockery and mugs) no teaspoons. Breakfast was pretty bad. Quality of yogurt and fruit salad very mediocre. Hot water was not hot. Oatmeal was like soup. Toaster wasn’t working properly. Took way too long to replenish items, should not happen on a weekend knowing the hotel is full. Tables were dirty, food on the floor… staff sloppy. Way too many TV’s on in such a small space.

Reasonably good accommodation - the room can be equipped with more soap, body lotion etc.

No longer worth the money!
Size of the room. View from room. Bed.
The first room i was given had a broken tv in the bedroom. No one was available to look at it until the next day. Although this is a minor issue I didn’t pay for a room with broken amenities. When staff was finally able to look at the broken tv they switched our room. This is an inconvenience to have to repack your things and move to another room. Moved to another room and both tv’s were working in this room, the problem with this room is that we tried to use the microwave and it didn’t work. So now we had to call to issue yet another complaint. Someone from the staff came and looked at the microwave and said the microwave was broken and that he would have to go get me a counter microwave. Both of these incidents left a very bad impression on me about this Hyatt location. I have stayed here at least 5 times since it first opened up and this will be the last at this location.

Overall our stay was very good and we will return as needed.
Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel manager was very helpful in getting us an item left in our room returned to us. Breakfast was very good. Location for our needs is excellent. Pool was heated as advertised.
Hallway noise was a little loud. Not a fan of the sliding barn door on bathroom as it lacks some privacy.

Disappointing stay.
Good location.
The room was grimy. There was mold around the kitchen sink and all the furniture surfaces were sticky. Wasn’t vacuumed well. Some of walls had food or something splattered on them. The bathroom was clean.

Location is within walking distance of stores and restaurants.
The bed was horrible! The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
