Room was great, staff was friendly. Only one working elevator, and a slow one at that, was really tough.
Hopefully they get the elevators fixed up though.

Hotel overall was very nice. The breakfast wasn’t as good as other Hyatts I’ve stayed at though. The fresh and frozen fruit set out was unappealing and the potatoes were awful. Coffee and oatmeal was good. This is a great location if you are visiting hospitalized family members at UPMC Shadyside. About a 4 min walk.

It was so convenient to hospital and other Pittsburgh sights. Beautiful lobby and wonderful breakfast. Rooms were great too! Everyone so helpful!
