For $100 for one night, this place was fine. I drove up to Pittsburgh for a friend's birthday and between the festivities, I really only slept there for a few hours before leaving the next morning. To be honest, if I had spent any more money on what was, essentially, just a bed to sleep in, I would have been very upset. With that being said! The actual hotel was not great. The staff? Really friendly!! The "hotel" was actually just a run down motel with a landlord special. At first glance, my room was not terrible - new furniture, double beds, white sheets. However, the longer I spent in the room, the more I realized the sheets were stained, floors bubbled when you walked (vinyl flooring badly done over whatever was there before), and the bathroom - yikes. The bathroom was probably the biggest evidence of a motel stay. Aside from the fact that there was a used soap in the shower and hair all over the floor indicating it unlikely this space was cleaned properly, the facilities were badly maintained and again, given the landlord special. There was mold in the shower, unclean grout around the sink, and a musty smell. With all that being said, the location was easy to get too and close to my friend's house. Will I ever stay there again? Absolutely not.

The room was run down, not the cleanest and the bed, OMG, that mattress honestly felt like I was sleeping on the box spring or the floor, hard as a rock!!!! On a good note, I didn't see any bug's, but that was about the only good thing we can say about our stay there!!

Hi! The rooms were clean (except they missed some spots behind the front of the base of the toilet). I know this place has some poor reviews. But it was totally fine for us celebrating a birthday weekend and just wanting a crash pad for the night. They should clean the carpets in the hallway and fix some of the banged up cabinets behind the front desk.

For a cheap late night stay it is perfectly fine, for staying a weekend is when problems arise. After a bit of sleeping here you'll notice how cheap the bedding is along with any other linens within the room. The Bathroom is it's own beast. The shower temp lever is flipped around and the towels DO NOT DRY, (Bring your own towels or a hairdryer, who knows maybe if too much electricity is used they will find this to be a problem and get real towels) The Fridge is connected to the same outlet as the microwave (along with the tv and lamp) which would be fine if it werent for the fact the line isnt designed to handle that much power going through it. The microwave broke the breaker, causing everything in the fridge to spoil and leaving us without power with that whole wall. The staff there was very understanding of our situation so I will give them points for that. Unfortunately they cannot do anything about the building's general maintenance and design. Overall, its a good place to stay for a night, any longer and you'll start having problems.

Dead Lantern flies all over outside, dead bugs in the doorway. Hair dryer didnt work. Hot water works when you first turn on and then goes cold. No friendly service. No coffee pot in room. Not a quiet place, a lot of traffic. Would not recommend this place anyone. The offered us another room and we said no thanks. We left a day early, ate the cost with no refund and went up to the Double Tree in Green Tree. What a difference!!! This will be our to go to place from now on!

The first room we were in was kind of smelly, had a cockroach on the shower curtain, and didn't have a working TV. We then got moved to a new room that was better, but then woke up to a couple fighting in the hallway at 4 am. I know that part is not the hotel's fault, but I guess it also happens when you pay less for a room. Otherwise the price was good and the service was good too

The floors were sticky. They never came into the room to remove trash or towels i had todo that. There were leaks at bottom of toilet and sink faucet. But the bed was comfortable.

horrible stay left after 6 hours didn't even make it a full day, room wasnt really clean i actually got sick from all the dust from the vent being in the room. whole right side of the room lost power and they were rude and upset when it came to figuring out the problem. they also have yet to give me back my refund / $50 deposit .

We checked in got to our room and it smelled of smoke supposed to be non smoking but everyone smoking outside made it drink the room had not been clean well at all we checked out maybe an hr after checking in once we found another place to stay

Hotel is very old, the rooms were cleaner than you would think they would be. But there is a very clear lack of management and staff. I only saw one person during our two night stay and he had all the charm of a car crash. The hotel did nothing to stop the partying and kids running through the complex slamming doors all night, the drug use and prostitution in the parking lot did not help the situation. No We wont be staying here ever again.

The front desk attendant was slow and unfriendly. Parts of the building are closed off due to needing repair and seemed unsafe. The hallways smell of chlorine, mildew, and cigarette smoke. The room itself was actually okay and as aspected.
