Staff was very kind. However, I had reservations for a room with two queen beds and when I got there, was told I would be staying in a room with one king size bed. The receptionist (gentleman) was able to resolve this. I am currently seeing on my bank account a charge of $50.00 which I was told would only be charged for any additional charges. There were none. I would appreciate it if you would please remove that charge from my card.

Let me first off by saying, I winged it by staying at this hotel, but Jordan is the reason I will be back to this hotel. He is amazing and the way he greets you after he learns your name, you will feel like this is your 50th stay. Will be returning. Breakfast is amazing and really affordable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The GF omelette and avocado toast is amazing. Thank you JORDAN YOU ARE AMAZING.

Great easy stay for the game night. Walking distance to PPG Arena. Big room. Comfortable beds. Overnight Parking at 400 Cherry right across the road. Just get the entry ticket at entrance & hotel will send QR code for in/out access good till next day 4pm.

Alot of noise in room, might have been from the air conditioner kicking on but even so was pretty noisy OR from the heat kicking on but still was noisy and lasted a few minutes, pretty annoying. The water in shower was luke warm and actually cold at times. NO hot water in bath, very unacceptable and disappointing. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Check-in staff was very helpful.

The room was very good but I'm taking the time to write this review because the staff was excellent, especially the guy who checked me in on the evening of 11/28 (AJ? I forget what his name was, but it was two initials). Very pleasant and really helpful.

This was a beautiful hotel. It's a bit confusing the first time because it's only the fifth and sixth floors of a building and the parking for it is not in the same building. The availability of infused water at all times is lovely, and the room was superior. If we return to Pittsburgh, we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at Even was so enjoyable! Parking in the lot off Cherry will get you unlimited in/out access and it’s steps from the hotel entrance. I love the modern look of Even and I appreciated the entrance security features. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative! We booked the Deluxe King and it was really nice and clean- that bathroom shower was Heavenly and easily fit 2 ppl. The workout equipment in the room for early yoga was a nice touch! We didn’t get a chance to checkout the amenities but were told about the game room, dining options, and the 24hr gym. The only minus is the “city view” is just the parking deck across the street, but just look up or better yet, go outside!
