The location is great for visiting Duquesne University

The bathroom drain pull was broken and the vanity had spots/water spots/dirt along the sides and bottom shelf.

Great Stay

Staff was great, Awesome location for downtown Pittsburgh and was very nice hotel. Parking pass is included in the daily incidental fee and the rest was returned after checkout.

Took a little longer than expected to receive the $ left over from incidentals/parking pass.

Cozy room and helpful staff

The front desk staff was so helpful. We forgot to bring some important papers along with us, and despite the business center printer being unavailable, they helped us print. They absolutely saved the day and our trip.

The meals at the hotel were great! The service provided by most of the staff, with the exception of one, was also great! I want to mention AJ exception customer service! He gets 4 stars from all of us.

Great place with a cool vibe

Clean, fairly quiet, great location.

The entrance smelled a little musty and it was pretty warm in that area all the time, but that's only the entrance. Once up on the hotel floors everything was lovely. Also, the restaurant eventually suggested we walk someplace else for dinner on the night we arrived because they were out of quite a lot of items. Was the right suggestion, with a great recommendation from the staff, but we were exhausted and wanted to stay in.

Surprised at how much we loved our first visit ever to Pittsburgh!

Beds were extremely comfortable! Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful! Never had any trouble getting a rolling rack to help with luggage to and from our room. Elevators came frequently. Location was nice to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect weekend stay

Loved the location and proximity to other things in the city. Room was large and bed was comfy. Lobby was impressive

Not our regular go-to when we stay in Pgh, but overall comfortable and clean stay.

Large, modern and clean rooms. Bright and open lobby with games and ping pong. Good location close to Market Square, Historic Courthouse and highway.

No complimentary coffee or small snacks in lobby. Had a large area for pay snacks, but coffee, tea and hot chocolate free would have been lovely. No on site parking.

Nice establishment overall. For the room prices, at least a breakfast should be included.

Food tasty. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were pretty clean.

- Could use more dining options / meal selections - At least 2 washcloths, hand towels, & bath towels per person per night - better yet use bath SHEETS. We were told for dinner to have a seat and we would be waited on. Waited 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. Thought I misunderstood the front desk person. She had to go tell the guy behind the bar to wait on us. The refrigerator was not on in our room upon arrival and we had travelled with items that needed to be kept cool.

Modern hotel in a refurbished old building,

Wonderful hotel with very large comfortable rooms. Terrific breakfast which you pay for. Located near many restaurants and perfect as a base for sightseeing.

The entrance is a bit odd. The hotel is on the sixth floor of a commercial building. Street noise was high, even at 5 AM.

It was amazing!!

Location was perfect! When we checked in, Jordan helped us along with his co-worker who was also really sweet, but I can’t remember her name. When we checked out, Jordan was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have been a little better, still good, but the sausage just didn’t look right.

Modern rooms downtown

This hotel is located on two floors of an old department store building. It has been totally rehabbed so that rooms are modern and spacious. The WiFi and TVs work well. Breakfast is ordered off a menu but you must pay $20-$30.

The entrance is a bit sketchy with homeless and local weirdos often ganging about. I asked for a room near reception, but again they placed me at the farthest point down long hallways. The front desk staff varies from great to surly, apparently because some come from a staffing agency.

Nice team, nice and comfortable rooms and beds, nice breakfast. I enjoy that the room is spacious enough to exercise in. Your team are very friendly and helpful.

I had awful trouble connecting my iphone to your wifi. I had stayed at another IHG hotel earlier in the week and it was as if my iphone couldn't forget that connection.

The location made walking to destinations very easy, the room eas nice but a little dirty.

The staff were great. Tammy has such an energy about her that really stood out and made it a pleasant experience.

Too many pets and our room was not cleaned well. There were pistachios and other crumbs left on the floor

It was in a great location within walking distance to what we wanted to do and it was a good value

There was some noise. Could hear other rooms nearby through the walls as well as alley noise. We also booked a king room and got bumped to a 2 bed room because we booked through booking.com, a third party

Came to Pittsburgh to see a penguin game and explore the city. The room was nice, gave me what I needed, a place to slee

I liked the close proximity to the places I wanted to go.

I was not a fan of the shower. The fixture was difficult to turn on/off, the water was lukewarm at best. The shower was also kinda dirty. For one night it was good for what it was. But do consider updating the showers. I also didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t accept cash and is card only. If I had known they didn’t take cash I would’ve just paid the for the reservation when I booked it months prior. I also wish it were easier to get my vehicle, like maybe a parking lot where I could park myself. Not a big deal though.

If perfection was a little bit less than that then this would be nearly perfect!

The room was great! Very nicely laid out with awesome lighting although I do with that all the switches had a dimmer, nicely appointed and good bathroom although the towels could really benefit from some fabric softener! The coffee in the room as always is putrid, really wish someone at any of the hotel chains would figure that out and fix it, it's really so simple... The location is pretty central with parking available right nearby although not at all free and the homeless are occasionally a problem although that's true of anywhere in the city. That however is made worse if you're trapped in the entry vestibule waiting for someone to open the door so you can check in seeing as the "front desk" is on the 5th floor which is bitter sweet. I do wish that breakfast had been included and the whole "courtyard" area really seems like completely dead space as soon as the season changes! The staff was wonderful and very helpful though! Oh and I should mention that the rooms here really ARE soundproofed! Very nice!

Stiff scratchy towels. Lousy coffee and condiments in the rooms. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Somewhat concerning entrance setup late at night. Oh and it's hard to find! Put a better brighter more easy to notice or identify sign out there!!! I had passed it a million times and never knew and my uber driver nearly cancelled cause he could not find me!
