I would definitely recommend the hotel but there were a couple of things that annoyed me. I called the front desk several times prior to arriving in Pittsburgh. We were there to see a game at PNC Park arriving on Saturday and attending the game at 4:00 pm. I asked the front desk if there was any way we could have early checked in since check in time was 4:00 pm even if there was an extra charge. They assured me we could check in by 2:00 pm and told me to call back the Friday before to verify. We arrived at 2:15 and was told they could not guarantee early check in and to come back at 4:00. I had two rooms reserved and I went back around 3:00 and they said they could give me one of the rooms but not the second. After the game we went to get keys for the second room and we weren’t even on the same floor. Disappointed with training of front desk staff. The rest of the stay was great.

Great location if you're going to a Steelers or Pirates game. Price is tripled for game weekend, and they charge you to park in their parking lot.

The room and location fit our needs perfectly. We did the activities we desired to do, and we were really close to everything. Aside from the cost of parking, everything was great!
