Staff was courteous. Cleaning was adequate though not outstanding. Room was beautiful and the view was amazing. After dark, the room was quite dark even with all available lighting on. Bed was extremely comfortable. The blind on the window in the bathroom was broken so it couldn’t be closed. Because we were on the 8th floor I didn’t think it was a huge issue but it would have been nice to have the option to close it.

Great location, room was ok. Staff was awful. Very rude and not helpful. I was actually checked into a room with a guest already in the room. Very awkward especially that she Che led in right before me. Valet took forever. Probably not his fault but when I asked front desk staff was crazy rude. I have actually never had a worse experience with staff ever.

Hotel was ranked with 4 stars. My room was cold and the thermostat didn't work. The furniture was old and worn. The curtain sheers were torn. No premium channels as advertised. $200 per night, $45 per day IF i had used valet service plus $13 per day to use the parking garage. The previous night I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was nicer and breakfast was free, so was parking.$5 a bottle for water.

Room clean, pillows nice, staff kind, pricing and quality of food excellent. Parking sucks. No in and out at the parking garage (across the street). Maybe more of a Pittsburgh problem. I paid $62 dollars across the street and $90 total in Pittsburgh over 2 days!

This was a terrible experience. The mattress was terrible with actual deep holes in it. The black-out curtains in this corner suite (408) did not overlap so they did not black anything out. They also had many hole sin them. The decorative curtains were ripped and torn. TV did't work, got a new controller, that did not work. The hotel was very old outdated and dirty in general. The restaurant had a tiny amount of seats for the closest hotel to 2 major league sports teams. Bar staff had no idea what beers they even sold. Two staff on for a full house. Hospitality in this hotel is non-existent. GM needs to go this is not the first bad review. What a waste of time for the guests as well as for the people trying to do a good job. GO anywhere else!

For the price just had an ok experience. The outdoor seating pics online are actually attached to a $2,200 a night suite, but the pics make it appear like a common area. That was a main reason we booked this hotel, so that was disappointing. The location was right by the cultural district, so that was nice.
