Location is excellent. Views are great. Good value.
We arrived in pouring rain. Valet parking was full. I had to go to a public garage across the street and up a block and walk through the rain. I didn't love that.
The "lounge" off the lobby - the staff was rude, like really rude. I don't normally complain about things like this but when you're trying to get a menu and they take over 10 mins to even acknowledge you, that's not cool. We got up and left.

The location was wonderful. Walking distance to Point Park, Market square (restaurants and we caught a free summer live music event), incline, football and baseball stadiums. Beautiful view of the 3 rivers and Point Park from our room.
It was a little more expensive than we wanted to spend, but it was worth it to be able to park our car and not need it until we left Pittsburg. Vallet parking is convenient but pricey at the hotel. Around the corner we found a garage to self park at half the price. (Next to the Domino pizza)

The location was great. We went to the Warhol museum and the Pirates game. It was short walk to both. Great food options nearby. The bar and convenience store were very handy! All staff were friendly and very helpful.
The carpet was dated and dirty - actual visible debris on the carpet, like it had not been vacuumed. The bathroom was very tight and also dated. A bathroom wall was damaged.
