Not the best option when staying in Pittsburgh

Great location

Parking is limited. Property needs attention to the peeling wallpaper and chipping paint throughout. The pool area is pretty filthy.

I like it was close to everything and the area as very nice .

When I booked this room I was not told there would be a 50.00 hold . I was also not told I HAD to pay for valet parking and I didn't factor that into my budget or trip and I was annoyed and upset by this . I also purchased the room price with breakfast and was told I didn't and had to pay breakfast . I even spoke to staff before o booked and was told breakfast was included .

Far less than what we we expect of a hotel like Wyndham.

We liked the location and amenities, including the indoor swimming pool for my children, and fitness center

A very lengthy check‑in process was handled by what appeared to be a trainee staff member. Unfortunately, the same staffer also took an unusually long time during check‑out, was unable to explain an unexpected charge on our final bill, and initially declined to provide a printed copy for review. The issue was only resolved after the manager—and later the F&B team—intervened to correct the error. This experience was extremely frustrating and left a poor impression.

Poor quality hotel

I liked that there was a small sofa.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. They gave me the wrong room which was much small than what we paid for. The bathroom and shower were tiny. There was no soap, no coffee maker. The room and hotel were outdated. The remote control for television was very difficult to use and there was no Netflix.

Value with a view

The view from 1726 was fantastic, bedding was nice and room was well appointed.

It was OK. It was not any better than OK.

Staff was all very professional and friendly.

The floor in the shower clearly had not been cleaned. Nearly all surfaces in the room were dusty. Trash in the elevator at all times of day. The pool had NO TOWELS available, and had obvious, visible mold on the tile. The description of the room included coffee. There was no coffee until we asked for a Keurig (which turned out to be fine).

So overpriced and no amenities- you are only paying for the location

The location is prime for accessing downtown or the stadiums. Really the only thing you are paying for is the location.

It was so overpriced. For starters, there wasn't even complementary coffee. I feel like based on the price, that's the least the hotel could have offered. They also didn't have things like toothpaste and you had to buy it from their overpriced little market. That was so frustrating because the cost of the hotel was so high.

Called over the phone a few days before we checked in and asked if there was free breakfast. The representative over the phone said there was, but the morning after we checked in, the front desk said that it was a paid breakfast. So there was a bit of a communication issue there.

Great location

Rooms were tiny. One bed was missing a comforter. They stopped serving dinner in large dining room and they serve it out of small bar with 10 tables. Always short staffed for breakfast and dinner.

the location was awesome and the price was great! we had a gorgeous view from our room.

the staff at the coffee shop were all super rude and the amenities weren’t available to us always. yes the hot tub closes at 10, we got back from dinner and wanted to dip our toes in to warm up & found it completely drained at 10pm lol. i then went to try and fill my water bottle and they took the water away so i had to spend $10 on bottled water.

Perfect for long weekends

Hotel location was good. Rooms were very clean and well equipped with coffee machine and frigobar. Staff were very friendly.

I believe the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade on furniture, but this aspect didn’t really affect our stay.

Smelled like cigar smoke the first night. Could hear all the doors opening and closing very loudly repeatedly. RM next to us was loud and cursing and yelling. Parking was expensive but we did find street parking. The buffet breakfast was top notch! We could see the Pirates game fireworks from our window!
