Will plan to stay again. A little short staffed with the check-in process, but all personnel were friendly and professional. I didn’t find the breakfast worthwhile in a city full of great options. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was great, with one mishap, I found a pair of men’s underwear under the desk. So it told me the room was not cleaned as well as it should have been, I then started questioning everything!

The facility was absolutely beautiful and amazing and a perfect location. I only wish we researched the day we were coming as there were several events downtown, making it very difficult to drive but once we arrived, it was well worth it and the weight. We were a little unhappy about the amount that we paid and it didn’t include breakfast. I have stayed in lower budget, hotels and motels and always gotten breakfast and Phill that part was a little unfair.

Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life.

Bills Burger joint, in the lobby, was tasty. The room was comfortable and the view was great but things could have been a bit cleaner

Hotel was rundown and not worth the price. There was no pool but advertised as having a pool. It is connected to convention center but the connection was closed. Escalators were inoperable. Would not recommend.

This was my first time visiting Pittsburgh and I traveled here with my partner for her conference. Some of the front desk staff were rude upon trying to check in. Hotel was not as welcoming to her organization as they were more welcoming to the guest who appeared or seemed to be more wealthy than others. We were never able to park at the hotel garage as the attendant continued to say it was “full” but we literally saw him direct a handful of cars to the parking area after we were told that it was completely full. We had to park at the convention center parking garage the whole weekend which is a garage that you have to pay for that does not include in and out privileges. It just doesn’t make sense to me that you pay all this money for a hotel and can’t park at the hotel.

Once I arrive to Westin front office informed me there is no room available for me. I paid month ahead and received confirmation emails. Also welcome email from hotel and Expedia on 4/4. Front office manager and his supervisor handle the situation very badly and they are so rude. No more Expedia bookings and disgrace to be a Marriott Bonvoy member.
