Clean, Spacious and I will return

I like that the room was spacious and clean! I also enjoyed that it was close to almost everything dining, downtown strip, and the tram car ride. Checking was smooth and easy and we enjoyed the free parking and breakfast served every morning. Not many places in Pittsburgh offer free parking so we were glad they offered it.

Great location, helpful staff: wonderful place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh!

The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our stay started out wonderfully because they were so friendly and upbeat.

We planned to use the hot-tub, but couldn't get the jets going. Also - not a fan of the bed pillows: small and overstuffed, they were very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping without a pillow.

Delightful,friendly

The staff were all so friendly, the destination was a perfect easy walk to many places. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! The pool and amenities were great and the room was large and clean!

During breakfast the only thing was they were out of OJ and no attendants were helping to replace it.

Top Notch!

Very clean, the employees were very friendly, descriptive on the amenities, and explained how & where to park. They have more to offer at a better price then The Homewood. I used to be a regular at The Homewood Suites but they charge $20 a day for parking and don't have as much as the Hampton. I'm now going to make this hotel my go to when visiting the strip. Oh and breakfast was soooo good!

Great location for some family time away.

For this trip, we drove to some destinations, so the parking was a big help. Location was also great - can walk to the Strip and to PPG Arena with ease. Front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful.

Definitely would recommend!

The beds were very comfy, room was spacious, nice view from room, and decent breakfast. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Free parking was a plus! Great location in Pittsburgh.

The only inconvenience we had was the morning of check out the pool was closed for maintenance. We had young ones that were really looking forward to swimming and using the hot tub before checking out. But that's okay. We understand it happens from time to time.

Location was excellent and we could do a lot of walking to see the sites. We loved our room with a view of so many bridges! Free parking and a safe parking lot was also a plus.

We didn't complain about our room thermostat but it didn't regulate correctly and was very hot and we would have to shut it off periodically.

Awesome location

The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to resturants and right across the street from the Hienz museum. The hotel was comfortable and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Went to Pittsburgh to see Paul McCartney! 10/10 would easily do that again in a heartbeat!

The Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown is located in the most perfect location! So much within walking distance! Neat being able to walk to the PPG Paints Arena! We got the chance to see Paul McCartney! Yay! The day was chilly but we warmed up at the Heinz museum before the evening concert! Thank you for welcoming us! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Location, free breakfast and parking. The suite was large.

I had to call down three times to get an extra blanket and towels. The blankets in the bed were too small and one was decorative, not usable at all. The TV could not be watched if people were on the couch and sitting in bed (since the TV had to be turned in one direction).

Cubs trip to PNC

It was perfect walking distance to the PNC stadium. We plan a mini getaway for us and the pup. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Most importantly we were able to sleep.(Home away from home.) Thanks for your hospitality!

Front desk was amazing and so helpful.We had to use the bed couch and the mattress was thin. We had 6 people and I think we had to beg for towels every day.I think we were given four bath toilets and then have to get more

We had a very spacious room, great location for access to downtown, the strip district and stadiums. Many restaurants options within easy walking distance and across the street from the Heinz History Center. And I can’t forget FREE parking. A huge plus!

You do get a little noise from traffic on the bridges and the small bed pillows are not what should be on a king size bed. But the bed itself was comfy

Not much to find around the location for night time eats (8pm). Went to the Art & Soul Cafe couple blocks away, food was good. Staff was friendly & gave us a free upgrade. Room was spacious & nice. Close to bike path on the river.
