    I booked over the July 4 weekend. They had a availability on July 2 and third, but not on the fourth however, the room I was booked in the air conditioner went on the Fritz. It was very hot, but there wasn’t a single available room to transfer me to, and they couldn’t fix it so despite the Hotel being sold out, they did extend my stay one extra night and gave me a suite at no personal expense meaning they comp the room which means they gave up *** in revenue to do the right thing.

    Bad/Good -beds are horrible -lingering of smoke smells -1 main elevator, long waits to use -for being new, kinda crusty Good. -location -connected to the casino -great views of the nfl stadium/river front/city of PGH -free valet parking -toilet/shower area is nice. Breakfast is below average, I would skip and go elsewhere. Front desk clerk was very hard to understand. The quality was a below average Holiday Inn.
