Beautiful place for a quick getaway!

The atmosphere was lovely, the decor was modern and inviting, very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We were going to a concert at a nearby venue, quick safe walk. The staff were the best! Very personable!

It was ideal.

Location. Great central spot for visiting all of my relatives. Each person was only 12 mins away no matter the direction. The view was great and the rooms were nice and airy.

The breakfast was ok. The variety was there but the quality was below average. Hard pancakes, over cooked dry potatoes but good coffee.

I liked the room and the view the most. The room had a nice bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and clean.

I didn't enjoy being woken up 7am by a screaming kid in the hall. The kid and parent were making a ruckus for over an hour and I couldn't fall back asleep.

Nice place but stay was marred by the bagcheck/valet error.

Large comfortable room with view and excellent location.

Parking is by valet only. A nice feature was that you could check bags when checking out at the hotel and pick up the car later. We did not receive all of our bags as we rushed to leave even though all of the checks were presented. We didn't notice until we arrived at the next destination. Called the hotel and they said they had the items but we would have to pay to have them shipped home.

A perfect place to stay for entertainment and great food and to go to a game!

The location was perfect because our main reason for coming was to go to the Steelers game. It was perfect! Everyone was so nice and it was very comfortable!

It seemed like the A/C was not very responsive to adjustments. It felt slightly warmer than what was listed.

The location was great and sits on the river. Offers alot of options for the money.

There was minimal I didn't like. It was close to downtown and close to the stadiums. More flexibility with under 21. Permits families to stay but is made difficult for children to move around the property. And....no restaurant available on property that permits families to eat.

A truly beautiful hotel and property !!

We loved everything !! The staff were ALL very polite and professional. Every employee greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything and how we were enjoying our stay and they all seemed genuine.

Only thing we didn’t like was not being able to swim.

Since there was a full house, my friend didn’t care much for the breakfast which featured corned beef hash instead of bacon or sausage. Not a huge issue, since we understand that it was because of the number of people who would be eating. Apparently there was a conference.

Our stay was clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly!

We liked having a complimentary breakfast every day. The breakfast offerings changed slightly each day to make it more interesting. We were in the area for a MLB game and the distance to PNC Park was excellent! If we're ever in the vicinity again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Great place for Play and Stay.

Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Did some site seeing, ate at the Wheelhouse. Spent the evening gambling, watching some sports. Chilled at the Drumbar looking at the boats , barges. Love looking at Mt Washington.

Wheelhouse had limited menu. Food was NOT good.

Management dismissive and uncaring

The location

Our room staff would not open with all our cash and credit card inside. Two staff members tried for over an hour to open it. We missed our dinner reservation and was charged a no show fee. We didn’t have any cash and only a credit card we usually only use for essentials. Everything else was stuck in the safe. Tom assured us we would be compensated in some way, we didn’t ask, especially since we missed dinner and charged a fee plus missed meeting up with our friends. We were told he would note it The next morning, someone was supposed to show up at 9 to try to open the safe again. My husband called. They finally showed up at 9:30 and opened it right away. We were informed by justice that nothing was noted on the reservation and we would have to talk to a manager about our issue but there was no manager there. Wow what a surprise! I have emailed twice and called twice with no acknowledgment. So nothing not even an apology. We were charged as a no show to a restaurant and instead of the steak dinner for our anniversary, we ended up with chicken wings from the casino cafeteria since that’s all that was open. Thanks for nothing Landings
