Not nearly what I have come to expect from a Hilton facility.

Staff was good. The front desk clerk Rochelle was excellent.

Attention to detail in the room by housekeeping was problematic. There was no shampoo or conditioner, or tissues. We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping never visited. To restock. We had to go to the front desk for supplies. The mattresses were uncomfortable as were the pillows, and both should be replaced. Climate control in the room ranged all night from either very warm to very cold and did not keep the room a steady temperature.

I was down graded on my room. My bathroom was not clean at all. I did take photos. Just very disappointed in the overall experience. I feel I should’ve received a little money off due to the down grade and my room not being clean.

It was interesting with the Pittsburgh steelers So many fans there . We were in town for a wedding.

Inside the Building was much nicer than the Photos of property you could do a better job of the presentation in the add. I was also surprised how much closer to downtown we were than what I expected.

I always enjoy Hampton;s breakfasts. The staff kindly prepares turkey sausage for me when I make a request because I avoid eating pork.

As expected. For a one night stay, the location is close to green tree road and few minutes drive to downtown and scenic view and the tram. Decent bfast to get us on the road quickly in the morinng.

There was construction during our stay- so we could hear the noise of the machinery in the morning.

Pool was dirty. Parking fee? For what? Not a center city location, and doesn’t look like any repairs are planed or anything has changed in years. Always seem to run out of breakfast items, like coffee. They replenish though if asked or eventually. I don’t blame them. Pittsburgh doesn’t do food well on any level unless a food chain in my experience there. I have been going for years. Pool needs a vacuum and a scrub. July 4th weekend, should have been ready.

Everything was good. The only crazy thing is that it was 12 am and other guests were pounding walls, hitting my door, slamming their door and screaming. I could not sleep that night. I was afraid for a moment. Called several times to the front desk. The 2nd night went much better than the first. The location is good, however i did not see any restaurants nearby that I could go to. That is the only downside. The room was clean; in general, I would stay here again for short stays!

Good location on my thing going for this place

Only one staff to check in multiple people. Long wait process. When we finally got a room, AC didn’t work. Front desk said she didn’t have time to look at it, so moved to a double queen instead of a king room which I had. Room and towels were dirty. Shower leaked all during stay. At breakfast, staff was not friendly and complained about her job. Whole hotel in despair and in need of updating

An unacceptable mistake from the front desk staff made our stay feel unsafe and unsettling.

Location for Pitt graduation

Our first night, while asleep in our beds, other guests unlocked and entered our room. Luckily, we had it latched on the inside, so they couldn't get all the way in. They apologized and said they were given that room/key at the desk at check-in. I called down to the front desk, and they claimed they were showing no one in our room and that we were not actually checked in. We checked in at 2:45 that afternoon and were given keys to that room. Somehow our check-in wasn't processed completely and the room was then given to other guests. This was frightening, and entirely unacceptable. The potential implications of this kind of mistake are awful from a safety and security perspective. We could not understand how such a thing could possibly have taken place. The desk said it was an "honest mistake and they were sorry." One desk person claimed there were new people working there who must have made a mistake. There was some claim that we would receive some kind of rewards points, but at checkout, the desk person didn't know anything about that and said someone would be in contact with us. An incredibly unsettling, disappointing experience.

Didn't eat breakfast.

Being told it was okay for a late 2 p.m. checkout and then being called at 11:30 a.m. and being told we were to be checked out then. I was still at my appointment when my sister called and said we were supposed to be checked out. She explained to him it had been okayed for us to check out later, and he said we don't do that here. She said to him we weren't back yet, he told her they were busy and she could wait in the lobby. We had 2 small dogs with us! There needs to be better communication between employees about checkout times. That really put a sour taste in my mouth! Not sure that we will stay there again! Don't tell me one thing and turn around and tell me something else. Not good business! I booked the hotel, not Mark!

Slept in a dirty room. Not worth the price at all!

The location is great, not too far of a drive from anywhere we wanted to check out. The employees were also very welcoming and sweet. They did their best to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice too, they had delicious pastries!

I read through so many positive reviews of this place that I thought I would reserve a room for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all. The room we received was dirty. The carpet had patches of dried food stuck on it, and the bedding had stains. The pool was also dirty. It's an outdoor pool, so it's natural for it to collect leaves and dirt, but it looked like it hadn't been cared for in weeks. There were spots of algae on the walls of it, dead bugs, leaves, and a large amount of dirt floating around. The vending machine on our floor was also broken, but thankfully the lady at the front desk kindly gave us free bottles of water. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. Anytime you would try to sign in, it would give a big error notification. Talked to the front desk about it, but they couldn't get it to work. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay, and wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Very well stocked breakfast area. Staff were friendly.

We had two hotel rooms. One didn't have shower gel. And the other didn't have hand soap. No extra toilet paper either.

This place was all fine breakfast was really really good the elderly lady that was doing the breakfast with a little Stern and very territorial of her dining room but other than that the breakfast was fine

During my stay this room was $200 a night and I was not allowed to watch TV because they had a broken part that apparently they ordered and were was waiting on delivery well it did not get delivered so every time I tried to watch a movie or a show you could watch it for 6 minutes and it would bleep out for four bleep back in for 5 minutes bleep out for five it was super annoying I asked for a credit but because I booked on booking.com I was not able to get a credit I believe they should have give me gas card or free meal or something the hotel should have did something about that TV that was totally a deal breaker for me because what else do you have to do in a hotel besides watch TV I will never stay here again
