I enjoyed my stay although it was busy with a dance competition and another conference so it was really busy in the hote

The location was great as there was so much to do without having to drive and when we did leave we just took an Uber.

The only negative was paying 34.00 per day for parking at the hotel. I feel like those who are staying at the property should have a discounted price.

We liked the location and the view was fantastic

The parking and that it’s also an event center! I didn’t realize and got stuck staying there with 100s of kids who kept pushing all the elevator buttons. That and the lines to get down to the ground floor were awful!! I think I’ll stay somewhere else to not experience something like that again. Oh plus load kids I. The halls late at night!!! Real mood killer for Valentine day!!

Everything. Location was good for me because I had a car and close to expressways to get on and where I wanted to go in the area. Hotel was very nice and on River great access by boat to stadium. Went to Steelers game. Restaurant and bar were excellent.

Starbucks was closed on Monday at hotel. We were able to get coffee at restaurant but had to wait in line. Apparently someone called out that was supposed to work at Starbucks. Rates were expensive but probably would be less if I booked further in advance.

Convenient, beautiful view of Pittsburgh.

Bad communication between booking and the hotel. Took an hour to check in due to paying booking ahead of time and the hotel trying to double charge me due to booking not giving them the right information. Also a high commodity charge of 150 dollars to hold for the room.

Amazing property, but staff made it stressful!

Amazing property with great views. Very comfortable.

Staff weren’t great. Wasn’t given the room I paid for, was given free breakfast and parking in return. However, was charged for it and had to chase numerous times to get it back. Won’t stay again as the staff made it too stressful.

Enjoyed the stay at the Sheraton, not Station Square so much

Enjoyed the Sheraton and the staff was excellent tried the Brazilian Steakhouse and it was a very interesting and enjoyable first experience

we were disappointed with Station Square as a whole, especially the mall part. We always enjoyed all the shops and all the people walking around, it is not that way now.

A relaxing night in a clean and modern hotel.

The front desk staff was nothing short of amazing! The room was spacious, updated, and extremely clean. The hotel also had a bar/restaurant which was wonderful!

Clean and nice room. Great place if you’re going to a Steelers game. Quick boat ride to stadium.

Great location in historical Station Square. Great views.

Location for what we were doing was walkable to things

Carpet was dirty. Like filthy and stained. Didn’t feel comfortable walking on it. Note property allows dogs so. . Food in the restaurant was borderline inedible. Yogurt was warm, BLT with egg inedible. Just walk somewhere else. There are lots of options nearby or an uber away. Pool room is air conditioned so pretty uncomfortable in there

You were having an event during the weekend we were there That had something to do with bodybuilding. The bodybuilders were in fantastic shape, but they are disgustingly dirty human beings. The communal bathrooms were disgusting mess and all of the furniture had plastic on it because they were also gross and greasy.

Best night stay in the city!

We chose the Sheraton because of it's location, to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. It did not disappoint! The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and made us feel welcome frome the moment we arrived. The view from our room of the city skyline was spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was great! We truly appreciated the welcome snack and signed birthday card for my husband! It made him feel so special.

The hotel was described as point .2 miles from the park. It was 1.5 miles from the park in reality. So instead of paying a little more ti be close to our destination, we paid a little more just to still have to make travel and parking arrangements to get to PNC park. Parking at the hotel was a cool $34.

Excellent location for out of towners. Puts you close to downtown and Mt. Wash

Room was SUPER clean and well appointed. Hallways and common areas were well kept and I didn't notice any wear or aged areas. I think I heard a front desk attendant mention the property had been redone in the past couple of years.

The foyer / lobby has a very faint urine smell. Bizarre. I could not smell it all the time, and it's not super strong but I noticed while passing through to use the bathroom and again the next morning while sitting having coffee after checking out. I have a sensitive nose, but my friend noticed as well.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and all the facilities were clean and well stocked

The excessively loud air conditioning in the room woke us up every half hour, making it difficult to sleep. Whether it was malfunctioning or just a loud system, it was distracting enough that we had to turn it off to sleep.
