because of location they stay busy, reminded me of motel six has a great lobby terrible rooms

food on floor, surfaces not clean, light fixtures not plugged in, refrigerator did not work (they brought a new one), bathroom floor under and edges filthy, furnishing worn out, wall mirror not broke but sprung from frame.

Decent stay but could be cleaner

It was very close to Duquesne and had a restaurant downstairs and parking onsite

The hallways smelled of smoke (cigarette and weed) and the carpet was rippled making it a tripping hazard. One of our towels had lipstick stains visible. There were no USB charging ports in the room and the outlet near the bed only had one available plug behind the nightstand.

The dinner food was very good.

The pool water was dirty. The first room they had us in smelled so they moved us to a different room which was better. The bed was too firm for me. The layout of the room made it feel very small and cramped.

Staff was horrible and rude. Room was not clean. Fridge was dirty , had old pizza boxes inside. Soap dispensers empty. Key cards not working. Tub would not drain for a shower

Really close to PSG like a minute walk! Hotel staff was super friendly!! Our room was very clean and comfy!

There was trash in the pool like a cigarette butt and random pieces of trash. But I have a 7 year old and we swam anyways. It’s a pool we had fun. Was so excited to leave the penguins game and come back and get dessert from the bar/restaurant in the lobby. We got back at 930 and was told the kitchen was closed we couldn’t even get any desserts. We were pumped up to try 1 of everything. But that’s totally ok. Parking was super convenient! Yes you had to pay but it was worth it!

Nice hotel if your not staying there for the event next door

Great location, clean, comfy!

We were there for a concert and its like the staff had no idea there would be a million people there at one time to check in. Stood in line for so long (one hour 45 minutes), we were nearly late for the concert and stood way longer than we would have had to, in the rain, If check in had been smoother. So crowded you could not move.

Location was good, although getting there by car was problematic. And the shower was awesome!

Breakfast could have been better, my scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes were burnt. In the room the coffee machine didn’t work and the body wash was empty. However when I asked for help these were sorted quickly

A/C terribly loud, could not sleep even with my ear plugs. Pillows were so soft, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping never came. Gym was not well maintained. Some dumbbells were missing. No cups for water at gym!

The beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfy. The room was quiet (with the exception of the neighbors) we didn't hear anyone walking through the halls at night, or doors closing, etc. And so close to the arena!

The shower and bathroom could use some attention. It looked a little run down and dirty. Not that it was actually dirty, more like just unable to be clean looking

Room worked well for us - nice size with plenty of space for our family of four. Comfy beds and appreciated the mini kitchen to be able to prepare hot drinks and microwave food.

Had booked a room with three beds but after check in discovered the sofa bed hadn't been made up and no bedding was left. As we arrived about 7pm housekeeping weren't available but we were given the sheets etc. and made it up ourselves. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working whilst we were there - not a problem for me and my wife but the kids were a little frustrated. Was disappointed we had to pay for the hotel car park.

OK but definitely not a new go to.

The sheets on our king size bed were ill fitting. The sheets would not stay on the mattress and surrounded us instead of the mattress. The towels were fraying, like my home towels that I now call cleaning towels. Supplied with one regular coffee k-cup only. The pool was smaller than our friend's backyard pool. Parking was tricky to use. A truck trying to get out in front of us finally backed up to let us out only for us to experience the same issues.
