Perfect location for a short stay and trip to PNC Park

Perfect location right next to PNC Park. Couldn’t beat the convenience and the staff was the friendliest I have encountered at a hotel.

Parking was a little restricted, mainly due to construction. Temperature control didn’t work well in the room.

Worst hotel ever!

This hotel is neither well managed nor well kept. We met our room door open when we arrived. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. The freezer was frozen and packed with accumulated ice from previous use. The toilet would not flush. The staff attending to breakfast was singing at the top of her voice. One of the receptionists sat right by the entrance of the hotel in uniform, smoking. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Won't be coming back and not recommended.

The staff at the desk upon arrival was more concerned with watching the Pirates game on the computer then they were to check me in ... they were very vague with hotel details

Staff was very friendly. Close to PNC park.

Parking was definitely an issue. Seemed to have minimal spots available. We had an F150 pick up truck and had difficulty parking with the narrow isles.

The location to our event

The room was dirty and housekeeping completely ignored me when I asked them to clean the floor and take out trash. I had to do it myself.

Overall great experience and would return!

Great location for us visiting for Picklesburgh. We had trouble finding their parking lot with all of the road closures, so we called in and they were very helpful with the directions, and even friendlier in person when checking in. We had a great stay!

The bed and room were nice that was about it

Property is under construction very confusing about guest parking, etc.

Was made to pay $100 fee upon paying for the room which was already paid for and it was not specified until I got there that I had to pay an additional hundred dollars. Needless to say, I was not very happy.

Proximity to downtown easy walking

Not maintained well. Hallway lights strobed, tile coming off in bathroom, no way to plug tub for a bath, conditioner empty, ceiling in bathroom needs repair, no coffee at buffet…at least it was gone when we got there, hotel store not stocked well, dirty couch. Not Marriott standard.

If you have two people - it's perfect.

Excellent location; very nice breakfast; staff was nice; very clean.

Rooms are small. We had four people, and it was TIGHT. The pool is small. Parking is a little bit tricky, but we were there for a Phillies v. Pirates game (maximum capacity) and we always found a spot. The let people sit in the fire lane outside, and this caused a big backup during loading and unloading, which was annoying.

Love the property and proximity to ballpark. Not sure I would book again at that rate.

Proximity to PNC. Bar/restaurant on premises. Have stayed here several times for ballgames and business meetings.

Price/Value. With all the taxes and fees on top of the rate, bill came to almost $600. My recollection is that I stayed their relatively recently for 2-300 a night. Maybe an attempt at value pricing due to season home opening weekend.

Dirty room Filthy bathroom - had to go to store & purchase cleaning supplies on the 1st night (Christmas Eve when stores were closing early) so we could clean out the tub ourselves Dirty pillow cases - had makeup on them Dirty floors - not vacuumed Dirty couch - crumbs etc RUDE check in staff - not a good 1st impression (perhaps it was her quitting time when we arrived but that's no excuse!)

The breakfast was delicious but was extremely busy...had to wait for awhile. The location was perfect. The heated pool was fantastic and it was very clean.

Josephine and Raquel were more than accommodating. They are the frontline of your hotel and exceeded my expectations! They both made us feel at home and helped with the surprises I had in store for my girlfriend visiting Pittsburgh on her birthday for the first time. Byrd, your shuttle driver should be commended as well. He is personable and funny and made our rides special!! What can I say about Meeka. She livened up the experience in the lobby/breakfast area, always with a smile and great joy for not only us, but all the other guests we saw he interact with!

Solid option for North Shore events

Great spot to stay for North Shore or downtown events. Not the cheapest or most expensive option. Room quality meets expectations.

Access to parking and check in is cramped if it's busy. My room was obviously near the restaurant kitchen vent because my room smelled of cooking meat. Could be good or bad depending on your disposition.

This is my 3 time staying at this hotel, first time I’ve been treated like this.

Close to everything, and the shuttle service.

I checked in on Wednesday, I never received clean towels my whole stay. My room was never cleaned. Trash was not emptied, I complained to front desk, but nothing was done. I had to use the same towels twice. I even complained when I checked out. They said because I booked through Booking. Com it was on me. I asked for my bill to be adjusted. But nothing was done. That not right to stay for three nights, and have to use the same towels.
