Disappointing
Room did not have heat. Had to change rooms. Breakfast area was very messy and kitchen service was very slow as only one person was working.

Close to family get together venue
Parking garage was terrible, very difficult to get through the entrance gate. No one explained how to get to parking and no signs from parking garage to interior elevator. I listened to cleaning staff and their supervisor having an argument in the public area by first floor elevators while waiting for my ride. No one explained about breakfast, ie where, when, cost? Lighting in room was difficult to figure out. Room was clean but felt cold and stark. Bathroom door was glass and located in the center of the room. It felt very exposed and not at all private. No light in closet.

Excellent location in Mt Lebanon. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good shower.

Parking garage was built for sub compacts. Warning do not go in with SUV or pick up trucks. Needs closer outside parking.
