    The staff, location, room size & convenience to the downtown area made our vacation even more enjoyable. The bar on premises helped make our evenings even more pleasant.

    First of all I had to ask for non down pillows due to sever allergies and asthma. First nite they could not get foam pillows due to locked linen closet. I told the maid to change them out on both beds. Spoke with manger in morning got back from concert 11:45pm went up to room they did not change out pillows. Then I went down to front desk with my death stare and attitude. The nice woman manager I think her name was Angela (she had blonde hair) was able to change out my pillows. When she came up to my room I showed her all the stains, rust, and damaged furniture. I know they did not vacuum because I dropped on floor small tiny white thread from a label I cut out of my shirt so I and the manager know the floor was not vacuumed because those white threads were still on the floor. The double tree is know for there warm chocolate chip cookies they never asked if we wanted one or a bottle of water. We are Hilton Honor members. I could go on for days about this place but it's not clean I had stains on my box spring shade walls etc. I would note stay there ever again. The only thing the beds were comfortable and ac worked well. If I did not travel with my own pillows I would have a big problem.

    Just a quick overnight for my son’s birthday. Only issue was Saturday evening during check in, 2 of the 3 elevators were not operational. Staff was great, through tough times, opened the service elevator, to help alleviate inconvenience. Valet service was nice and helpful. Gym was nice, pool was clean, and room was clean. Could use a bit of updating, but a nice stay.
