My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout my trip. The hotel was impeccably clean and very well maintained, providing comfort and peace of mind during my entire stay. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were walking distance to Amtrak, the Lyric Opera, the Bean, Mich Ave. The hotel lobby is lovely with a wine pour late afternoon. The staff was friendly, pleasant. Pizza in the restaurant downstairs - OUTSTANDING

Loved the lobby area
Room didn’t feel as luxe as other Kimptons I’ve stayed at, and weren’t as nice as I was expecting given the lobby and the price. The room felt a little “plastic-y” - like I was in a cheaper hotel. Also there was hair in the shower that wasn’t cleaned.

No door for bathrooms, no water left everyday when housekeeping came in. It was dark
