Beautiful hotel in a great location since we were in town for the Foo Fighters at Soldier Field! The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Kia at the front desk graciously let us know we could check out an hour late, free of charge. We will definitely be back!

We booked this hotel/room for its location on July 4th. We loved the view of the lake and Navy Pier from our room.
Have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years. It has become a little "tired" and the rooms could use an update, especially considering the room rates (400+).

The location and friendly staff
It was very outdated. The doors, the bathroom, the tv system, the old carpets all very outdated.
